Ari Perelman, the newest Teiwaz member, ended up in the Teiwaz BU line-up, together with Thiago Murradas, Jim "Bu" Klinge and Rodney Cruce. Richard "Rambo" Calledare, Bob and Kris Byrne and Kurt Gaebel competed under Teiwaz BD. Chris Williams filmed both teams.
Both line-ups had fun and made good jumps. Six of the eight Teiwaz members in July came back for the August meet at Skydive City. The meet in Zephyrhills required more planning since there were only seven members to form two line-ups. The NSL News story on August 20 provided more details of the Teiwaz line-ups in August.
The Teiwaz Young members had such a great time that they began to make plans for a few training sessions, which is quite unusual for any Teiwaz line-up. It did not take too long until these plans turned into a team training plan for a longer time period.
Kris Byrne, Ari Perelman, Thiago Murradas and Chris Ash have now decided to continue with their training and get more serious next year. The talent of the team members promises a great progression for this new Teiwaz line-up.
The new line-up already decided that the slots will be different for three of the four members. Chris Ash will continue in the Tail position that he has flown for Total Chaos and Teiwaz this year. Kris Byrne will take the Center Inside position. Thiago Murradas (Point) and Ari Perelman (Center Outside) will fly the front piece.
The new slots will already be applied at the NSL Championship 2007. Substitute Bob Byrne will take his wife's Center Inside position for the 10-round competition in DeLand. Teiwaz Young posted a 13.5 average at the FSL August meet and is eager to show the results of the first training efforts very soon. It will not be a walk in the park for Optic Nerve...
