posted: Apr 22nd, 2017 The U.S. teams from Florida did not have the same travel agenda as the Czech and Slovakian teams, who competed again in Prague three days after the completion of the World Challenge 2017 in Bedford. The Sun Path Products NSL News reported on 15 April 2017 that five teams were back in action at the Hurricane Factory for the April meet of the World Tunnel League. The U.S. part of the meet took place at iFLY Tampa in Florida, and a total of five teams added their names to the combined leaderboard with the 13 teams in the Czech Republic. posted: Mar 12th, 2017 The first World Tunnel League at the new iFLY Tampa wind tunnel attracted eight teams to the 14+ chamber, while 12 teams took on the same competition draw at the Hurricane Factory in Prague, Czech Republic. Most of the participants in Florida have been regulars at the monthly Indoor Cloud League events and were eager to learn more about 4-way competition and perform the complete dive pool after learning parts of it in steps month by month. News Article Did you know that Florida's ICL competitors are getting ready for the WTL March meet?
posted: Feb 19th, 2017 iFLY Tampa's new Indoor Cloud League team followed up on the first participation in January and posted a full set of six scores and videos last Thursday for February's 14+ leaderboard. Several of the participants in Tampa had attended ICL events in iFLY Orlando's flying chamber before, which did not allow two of the blocks that were drawn for February's 14+ sequences. Block 4 (Monopod - Monopod) was in the A Class sequence, and the AAA/AA Class teams took on Block 8 (Canadian T - Canadian T) for the first time.
