posted: Feb 24th, 2020 The World Tunnel League competition of January had an international leaderboard in the AA Class, as well, with teams from the Czech Republic and Finland. The NSL News had covered the interesting AAA Class leaderboard on January 26th and January 27th. The two Czech 4-way junior teams, HF Flying Rebels and HF Dragonflies, were in control of the two top positions, even without their complete lineups. However, one of the three teams from Finland then split the Czech 4-team group in January and took the 3rd place on the combined leaderboard. posted: Feb 10th, 2020 The NSL News covered the World Tunnel League competition at the Fööni wind tunnel in Helsinki with the story on 12 January 27th. It featured the quick Team X trip from Sweden to Finland, and it provided some details of the new Finnish indoor team Just4Fun. The 22.4 average of Just4Fun was the highest one behind Finland's national 4-way team, the Pro Team. posted: Jan 27th, 2020 The NSL News follows up on the World Tunnel League January competition at the Fööni wind tunnel in Helsinki, Finland, with some of the competition videos, which feature Team X from Sweden and home team Just4Fun. Both teams were battling for the 1st place in Helsinki and for the 2nd place behind Flying Circus on the WTL January leaderboard. The meet videos and the leaderboard are both showing how the Swedish travel agenda had an impact on the performance, as coach Joey Jones had explained in yesterday's update. posted: Jan 26th, 2020 Teams from Finland added their scores to the January leaderboard of the World Tunnel League this weekend. None of the teams could get anywhere close to HF Flying Circus with their new team record average. However, especially the AAA Class leaderboard has become much more colorful. Team X traveled from Sweden to Helsinki, Finland's capital city, to attend the indoor competition at the Fööni wind tunnel. The Swedish national team in 4-way Women turned the January leaderboard into a 3-nation competition, and the U.S. teams still have to be added. Team X had won two sets of FAI bronze medals... (more)
News Article Have you heard that Finland's Pro Team balances the slot-switchers differently?
posted: Dec 6th, 2019 NSL-TV is following up on the November meet of the Finnish Tunnel League League with the meet videos of the three AAA Class teams. The videos are showing the third 26+ meet of Finland's Pro Team since the 24.6 finish at the FAI Indoor World Meet 2019, which was just short of the last Top 10 position. The current 26+ performance level after 30 competition rounds since June is one of the team's steps on the way to a significantly improved placing at next year's indoor world cup and outdoor world meet. News Article Have you heard that Finland's Pro Team took the AAA top spot away from HF Cubs?
posted: Dec 1st, 2019 Three AAA Class teams from Finland added their scores to the November leaderboard of the World Tunnel League, together with six more teams in the AA and Rookie categories. The Pro Team confirmed the 26+ indoor performance level for the third time in 10-round meets since the 24.6 at the FAI Indoor World Meet 2019. The latest 26.1 last week pushed the HF Cubs from the top position in November to the 2nd place.
