News Article Did you know that the NSL News interview with Joey Jones fell apart?
posted: Aug 11th, 2008 It is probably a good morning for the 4-way fans who have already discovered a few links on the scores for Round 1. More uploading was possible last night and the videos of the French i-Score DZ-TV and judging system provide at least a look at several top teams, including the top three: Airspeed Odyssey, Sky Panthers and France Maubeuge. However, there are also sad news. The Fun Flag is not flying any longer on top of the bunjee crane. Somebody risked his or her life to get possession of the flag last night. It was wet and slippery, and it is surprising that it was possible at all to get up... (more)
News Article Did you know that the Fun Flag is flying in the rain?
posted: Aug 10th, 2008 Meet Direcor Patrice Girardin just announced at the World Meet 2008 in Maubeuge that the 4-way teams are on stand-by. It is raining at the moment. However, he said that the forecast promises better weather later this morning. The best view this morning at the competition site in Maubeuge is the Fun Flag, which is flying high on top of the very tall crane for yesterday's bunjee jumps. The French Deep Blue members found a great place to let it fly and keep control over it at the same time. Maybe for a while... (more)
News Article Did you know that the Fun Flag had its first showing in the NSL office?
posted: Aug 8th, 2008 It was a very exciting day at the World Meet 2008 in Maubeuge. The situation in 8-way has settled after the NSL News interview with John Hoover and Eric Heinsheimer. The Italian 4-way and 8-way friends have forgiven the NSL News for the critical remark, and they still enjoy the top position in 8-way at the world meet polls. The press room in Maubeuge was almost overloaded with excitement when it was time for the next NSL-TV event. This time, it was a secret affair though. The next guests were guided into the press room though the backdoor, and it had to be a very quiet and confidential situation. The... (more)

posted: Aug 22nd, 2007 Hayabusa Defence's Rounds 3 and 4 at the FAI World Cup 2007 have now been uploaded and are available on NSL-TV. The videos of the Belgian World Cup champions of 2007 come along with an update of the Fun Flag situation. It has been quiet around the Fun Flag for a long time. After reporting on Shannon Pilcher's new color of his house in DeLand on April 12, the NSL News received additional information of the interesting development in the Pilcher/Hjelle case. PD Factory Team member and reigning 4-way world champion Shannon Pilcher and Norway's Arcteryx member Ole Petter Hjelle have possibly created a new saga that might offer similar entertainment as the Fun Flag has for many years. New information came from Ireland. Conor King, international Irish competitor of earlier years and current member of a new and promising Irish 4-way... (more)

posted: Feb 12th, 2007 It was the NSL 2002 season when teams from Canada joined the network of the National Skydiving League for the first time. Judging veteran Al Altendorfer and 4-way fan Jennifer VanRysdam launched the CanAm Skydiving League with its first meet on July 20, 2002. The Canadian national 4-way by then, Stratosfear, and three other Canadian teams competed at this first CanAm competition.
