Did you know that Doug Park completed NSL News interviews with all DeLand Majik members? posted: Oct 15th, 2002 Interviews with three former DeLand Majik members (Gary Smith, Joey Jones, Solly Williams), 4-way world champions of 2004, have recently been published with information from the archives. Only inside center Doug Park did not have his turn so far. However, he and Gary Smith eventually visited the NSL office together for an interview on the morning of 15 October 2002.

Did you know that the Golden Knights were sliding the exit formations? posted: Sep 28th, 2002 The NSL News recently covered the time period between 2001 and 2003 with several interviews of world-class competitors that had not been published before. Golden Knights team captain John Hoover provided his feedback the first time on 14 June 2002, which was recently published.
The previous interview with him took place in the middle of the 2002 season, a few months before the Golden Knights Gold team would win the 4-way Open Class competition at the USPA Nationals and qualify as the national team for the FAI World Meet 2003 in Gap-Tallard, France.

Did you know that DeLand Majik posted a historic 10-round average at the Malevsky Cup 2002? posted: Aug 2nd, 2002 Russia has a history of hosting first-class international Formation Skydiving competitions that did not only begin with the FAI World Meet 2010 in Menzelinsk, now followed by the FAI Mondial Tanay 2020. The series of Malevsky Cup events began in 2002. FAI/IPC eventually recognized the Malevsky Cup as a "First Category Event", on the same level as world meets and world cups, as the NSL News reported on 4 March 2004.
