... that four British top competitors will fly like a girl at the World Challenge?

The latest additions to the field of teams at the World Challenge 2015 included a 3-team delegation from Portugal, headed by the Atmosfera G4 lineup, regular visitors in Bedford for many years.
The most interesting new lineup was added to the teams competing in 4-way Women, and it promises an exciting competition in this category.
The Sun Path Products NSL News reported on 29 January 2015 that NFTO, with three former Bodyflight Isis members, won the 4-way Women competition at the Wind Games 2015 with a 21.7 average. NFTO will compete again at the World Challenge, and the story on 13 March 2015 followed up with the details of the different lineup.
Only the two former Isis members (Anna Hicks, Ane Brentford) who competed for NFTO at the Wind Games are coming back in the NFTO lineup for the World Challenge. Former Kaizen members Maria Russel and Rai Ahmed are actually in the new NFTO lineup and will now compete with their team in Bedford.
The other two NFTO members at the Wind Games (Laura James, Claire "Sparky" Scott) will not sit out at the biggest indoor competition in the world. They join forces with Kate Lindsley and Liz Matthews and will "Fly Like A Girl".
Flying like a girl in the United Kingdom means top performance level. Female 4-way competitors have been a very strong part on the British top level in Formation Skydiving competition for many years. There is no doubt that Fly Like A Girl and NFTO will both try to get as close as possible to the Golden Knights in 4-way Women and position themselves in the upper third of the combined AAA Class leaderboard.
Fly Like A Girl has a very formidable lineup. Claire Scott and Liz Matthews were V-Max team mates and won gold medals in 4-way Women at the World Meet 2003 in France. They became mothers and then continued with 4-way competition. Liz Mathews is the reigning British 4-way Open Class champion with Voodoo.
Kate Lindsley completes the Fly Like A Girl lineup. She was on last year's 4mula lineup and finished 4th at the UK Nationals with a 17.4 outdoor average.
NFTO will be the better trained team, while Fly Like A Girl gets together with a lot of meet experience, but only with plans for the World Challenge 2015. It will be a very interesting internal UK battle for the domestic top position in 4-way Women. The Golden Knights are probably out of reach...
