The Fun Flag was probably infected by the corona virus crisis, as well, since there has been only silence since the previous appearance at the FAI Outdoor World Cup 2019. However, she seems to have recovered well, as the current hunt of the Fun Flag at Skydive Arizona generated evidence with photos of her in French possession, as the NSL News reported on October 20th.
It is surely not the first time that the Fun Flag has caught the attention of the NSL News. There are plenty of photos and several videos in the NSL News archives related to the topic. In fact, the Fun Flag was mentioned in 111 previous NSL News updates so far.
The latest news with the latest photo are coming from France. 4-way Open Class videographer David Ricard is featuring the Fun Flag at some location at Skydive Arizona, after a few earlier sightings in French possession.
The second video was recorded at the FAI Dubai Mondial 2012 where French 8-way world champion of 2010 Martial Ferre reported the Fun Flag situation, including the Danish Divas taking possession at the landing area on the beach.
It seems like the French delegation has been taking the importance of the Fun Flag quite serious over the years. It is not a big surprise that David Ricard is presenting the Fun Flag at its fourth different location at Skydive Arizona.
The history and origin of the Fun Flag was documented and explained by brothers Chris and Tim Wagner, former Golden Knights members. Tim and Ted Wagner later launched the Omniskore scoring system and website. The NSL News copied the beginning of the story on 13 September 2006.
