News Article Did you know that the Karp Cup 2006 continues with the Cross Keys 4-way tradition?
posted: Jul 7th, 2006 The 4th annual Karp Cup 4-way competition is coming up on July 15, 2006, and the MidAtlantic Skydiving League will once again host the event at Cross Keys. The Karp Cup honors of former Jet Stream member Seth Karp who lost his life in a landing accident in 2002. The MidAtlantic Skydiving League and Freefall Adventures at Cross Keys joined forces in 2003 to create a larger East Coast 4-way event similar to the Shamrock Showdown of the Florida Skydiving League in DeLand and the Valentine's Meet of the Southwest Skydiving League in Eloy. News Article Did you know that new NSL-TV videos feature three teams from thre different countries?
posted: Jun 21st, 2006 The leaderboard of last weekend's competition is now complete. It was an extraordinary weekend since none of the eight meets was weathered out. The event sites were spread all over the US east coast, from Florida to New England, and also took place at three locations in Europe. Weather was still not a factor. 42 teams completed up to ten rounds (Sweden, Netherlands), and only the Rookie Class teams of the Carolina Skydiving League were finished after four rounds, which is normal CASL procedure. News Article Did you know that two MASL teams finished on top of the leaderboard last weekend?
posted: May 23rd, 2006 The forecast called for a windy weekend, and the wind did blow, but it couldn’t keep the die hard competitors away. The beginning of the first day (Saturday) did show promise, with six teams showing up ready for the meet. Along with the threat of wind gusts, the following teams also blew in: O2 Project in the AAA Class, Controlled Descent and Air Pollution in the AA Class, plus three Rookie class teams: CK1 Snatch Force, Gong Show and USA Skydive. News Article Did you know that MidAtlantic Skydiving League teams appreciate John Eddowes' support?
posted: Aug 22nd, 2005 The scores of last weekend's meets and the NSL Playoffs 2005 have begun to arrive at the NSL headquarters, and the first results have been posted. The UK Armed Forces Championships at Netheravon participated inofficially by using the same competition draw. The field of teams in the UK includes the all-female team Airkix, which recently made the NSL News after attending a competition of the Southwest Skydiving League and the UK Nationals 2005. Valkyrie is a Norwegian team in the Women's Class, Airblast is from Denmark. The scores of the Florida Skydiving League will be followed soon by the meet... (more)

posted: Jul 26th, 2005 The MidAtlantic Skydiving League hosted the 4th annual Karp Cup at Cross Keys last Saturday in honor of former Jetstream member Seth Karp who lost his life in a landing accident in 2002. The MidAtlantic Skydiving League and Skydive Cross Keys joined forces in 2003 to create a larger East Coast 4-way event similar to the Shamrock Showdown of the Florida Skydiving League in DeLand and the Valentine's Meet of the Southwest Skydiving League in Eloy. News Article Did you know that Air Pollution and Controlled Descent continued with their MASL battle at Cross Keys?
posted: May 24th, 2005 Skydive Cross Keys hosted the first annual Rookie Challenge and 4-way scrambles last weekend, in conjunction with the first 2005 Mid Atlantic Skydiving League 4-way meet of the year. The turnout was stellar with four Rookie Class teams, including team Chambersburg 5 who traveled all the way from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, for their first competition. Coaching and judging were provided by former 02 Project members Tom Petzold and Karl Schuch. The team "Spongebobs" was the first A Class team in the MASL history at Cross Keys, and there were two AA Class teams battling it out on site. This made... (more)
