News Article Did you know that the International Bunny Meet is in full swing?
posted: Apr 23rd, 2011 The International Bunny Meet of the Florida Skydiving League is on its way in DeLand, and it features four teams from three different countries, Sweden (Bardagi, CADO), Germany (Final Four) and Denmark (Bodyflight Factum). The name of the event is obviously related to the date of the event on the Easter weekend, and it expresses some hope at the same time that there might be a jackpot in the future, as the Shamrock Showdown has it in March every year. However, the Skins Game for other prizes takes place anyway. The European teams have scheduled their training camps in DeLand around the Easter... (more)

In the meantime, the new 2011 database has been added to the NSL Archives, which will now allow updates of the 2011 Calendar of Events with all meet dates. However, this task will have to wait until after the World Challenge. Also, the Shamrock Showdown 2011 videos of Round 10 have been uploaded and can be reviewed before the World Challenge begins on Saturday morning. Round 10 brought a happy end for NMP-PCH Hayabusa. The Belgian team was not able to keep up with Arizona Airspeed... (more)

All videos of Round 9 have been uploaded and are available for reviews now. The travel from DeLand to Bodyflight Bedford will make it more difficult to upload the videos of Round 10 timely. However, the NSL News will try to get it done before new videos from Bedford will be next. The coverage begins earlier, not only Saturday morning. Teams are arriving and training, and there is always more than enough action to keep the NSL News busy. Two... (more)

posted: Mar 29th, 2011 NSL-TV has moved fast forward after uploading the Shamrock Showdown 2011 videos of Round 5 yesterday. The videos of Round 6 have already been available since the story on 19 March 2011 was posted, and the videos of Round 7 followed on 19 March 2011. All videos of Round 8 are now available for reviews, as well. The first five rounds of the Shamrock Showdown counted to determine the handicap for the Skins Game. The averages after Round 5 and then after each following round would be the foundation for the formula that evens out the playing field. From then on, each team could win a round after... (more)
