posted: Feb 13th, 2009 The long wait is over, the first scores of the 2009 season will be posted this weekend. posted: Feb 3rd, 2009 It was a coincidence that the NSL News had just posted an update on 30 January 2009 covering SDC Rhythm XP when other news arrived that related to the same topic. The new update came from Arizona where the NSL News has followed Arizona Divewerkz on the team's way from the first year in the Southwest Skydiving League to becoming the best "amateur team" in the USA in 2008. SDC Rhythm and Arizona Divewerkz have a few things in common. posted: Jun 17th, 2008 The Arizona Skydiving League, run by the AZ Divewerkz members, had to improvise last weekend to get the six rounds of the meet in Eloy completed. Annie Peterson reported that the participants had a good meet despite some initial delays and issues: "First, one participant had a reserve after a nasty opening in Round 1. We weren't able to continue right away with the next round. Then, halfway through Round 2, we missed a videographer. Since we had only two videographers for the four teams there was no way for us to continue with three teams and only one video! So, we decided to move the competition... (more)
News Article Did you know that two AZDW Mentor Camp teams battled with a UK team in Eloy?
posted: Apr 16th, 2008 The Arizona Skydiving League held another 4-way competition this past weekend. Although the meet was scheduled for Saturday, April 12th, due to the extreme winds of the desert, the competition wasn't able to get started until Sunday. Out of the five teams that registered for the competition, only three were able to make it back on Sunday. However, the competition was great and the teams were close in every round of the meet.
