News Article Did you know that Spa Hayabusa recently delivered 43 points in 35 seconds?
posted: May 1st, 2005 The NSL News recently received a news flash from Belgium. The Belgian national team, Spa Hayabusa, posted a video on the team website, which shows a recent training jump. The e-news update mentions that the training jump was done last weekend: "Because of all the requests about the training jump last weekend, here is the site where you can watch the video from Spa Hayabusa making 43 points in 35 seconds during a training jump in Spa." News Article Did you know that the NSL Shop now offers the new Golden Knights 2005 DVD?
posted: May 1st, 2005 The Golden Knights' 4-way team has once again put together an overview of the team's current continuity plan. The Army headquarters had already provided the NSL audience with a similar service two years ago. The Golden Knights 2003 came on a VHS, while the 2005 presentation is a professionally produced DVD. It was a free promotional service in 2003, and the Army offers the new DVD once again without charges for profit. This allows the NSL to deliver the DVD only for shipping and handling fees as long as copies are available. The NSL will also give away the Golden Knights 2005 DVD for free with... (more)

posted: Apr 28th, 2005 The National Skydiving League headquarters in DeLand, Florida, makes efforts to be in touch with the local non-skydiving community on a regular basis. Press releases are being sent out to the local media announcing the events of the Florida Skydiving League to the public. Special events, such as DeLand Majik winning the World Championship of Formation Skydiving in 2004, usually earn additional attention and coverage. News Article Did you know that the Danish 4-way project still produces new teams and competitors?
posted: Apr 27th, 2005 The NSL News introduced Denmark's plans for the pursuit of medals at the World Championship of Formation Skydiving 2006 on January 24, 2004, for the first time. Sportschef Flemming Nøddegaard and "Team Danmark", which is supported by the Danish government, had created a comprehensive 4-way project to enhance competition skydiving in Denmark. The NSL News posted updates a few times ever since the introduction. The official Danish national team, the "Danez", was planning to compete at the FSL Shamrock Showdown 2005 but had to cancel due to illness of a team member shortly before the meet. One... (more)
News Article Did you know that Norway Arcteryx still kept up with Airspeed's teams in round two?
posted: Apr 25th, 2005 The new round of NSL-TV continues with the coverage of the second meet of the Florida Skydiving League in Lake Wales on April 16, 2005. This FSL competition ran parallel with the third meet of the Southwest Skydiving League in Eloy, Arizona. The SSL meet's footage of that weekend has also arrived at the NSL headquarters, and the first round will be uploaded as soon as the DVD's file format has been successfully processed into web-ready quality. News Article Did you know that the CaSL season opener turned into a Go-cart race?
posted: Apr 25th, 2005 The 2005 season opener of the Carolina Skydiving League was pushed backward by high winds. Rhonda Roper wrote the meet story of the event at Skydive Coastal Carolinas, the pictures were provided by Chad Wilcox. Skydive Coastal Carolinas hosted the 1st CaSL meet of the 2005 season. We would like to thank the DZ owners, Brian and Nikki Strong, and their staff for making us all feel very welcome. There was a total of eight teams that attended the competition, which consisted of six AA Class teams and two Introductory/Rookie Class teams. Of the eight teams, five were newly formed this year.
