Did you know that Florida had eight lineups for six sequences at iFLY Orlando last Tuesday? posted: Nov 10th, 2012 The 3rd virtual indoor showdown between the Florida Skydiving League at iFLY Orlando and the Northwest Skydiving League at iFLY Seattle was completed on October 31st, and the FSL teams and competitors outscored the NWSL group for the second time.
The Northwest Skydiving League had taken the lead with a victory for iFLY Seattle (110 - 84) at the inaugural showdown in July. The Florida Skydiving League fought back in August (105 - 88) and tied the overall competition of the 2012 season.

Did you know that 22 national teams may have jumped the USPA draw? posted: Nov 8th, 2012 The international coverage of teams on the way to the Mondial 2012 in Dubai continues with live reports from DeLand, while the aftermath of the USPA Nationals 2012 is far from being complete.
Several national teams are visiting Skydive DeLand for the last training camp before the upcoming trip to Dubai, including the complete French freefall delegation in Formation Skydiving and Artistic Events. Aerodyne Aerokart (4way Open) and Aerodyne Deep Blue Defenders (4way Women) are training alongside Team4speed (VFS 4way), and the French 8way lineup begins with a week of training when the 4way lineup... Did you know that Vibe finished two points short of USPA's Advanced Class record average? posted: Nov 7th, 2012 The 4way Advanced Class leaderboard at the USPA Nationals 2012 was an interesting mixture of different kind of teams.
Vibe, the winning guest team, is a combination of weekend amateurs who invested a lot of time and money to get to the top of the leaderboard. Both Dubai Asaar lineups (Red and Gold - 2nd and 5th) are young teams and have unlimited training resources at their home in the United Arabian Emirates, host of the Mondial 2012.
The Air Force teams (Paradigm and Legacy - 3rd and 4th) are in a very similar situation as the Dubai teams, as they don't have to spend their own money for... (more)
Did you know that the tables seem to keep turning before the Mondial 2012 in Dubai? posted: Nov 6th, 2012 The NSL News just returned to the headquarters in DeLand after the live coverage of the USPA Nationals 2012 at Skydive Arizona. It was the perfect opportunity to check out the status of the four US national teams in the Formation Skydiving events (Arizona Airspeed, Golden Knights in 8way and female 4way, SDC Standard XP).
The NSL News had provided Blue Skies Mag with the latest contribution before the trip to Eloy. Topic was the situation a few months before the Mondial 2012 in Dubai and a possible sweep by the US delegation.

Did you know that Cosmic Debris won with coaching and meet experience? posted: Nov 5th, 2012 The Intermediate Class competition at the USPA Nationals 2012 was much more a thriller than the race for the medals in the Open Class, where Arizona Airspeed and SDC Rhythm XP were safe and secure in 1st and 2nd place from beginning to end. Canada's national team Evolution was also without competition in 3rd place, and only the battle for USPA bronze medals between Golden Knights and DNR was exciting on the top of the leaderboard.
