posted: Feb 17th, 2011 The NSL News reported on 1 December 2010 that SDC Rhyhtm XP would launch a series of their "Team For A Day" events in Florida this year. The story on 8 February 2011 followed up with information of a Team For A Day last weekend in Sebastian. Rhythm had just completed the Paraclete XP Indoor Skydiving Championships 2011 with a promising performance, as the self-made team moved up in the unofficial US rankings from 5th place at the USPA Nationals 2011 to 4th place after the windtunnel competition in Raeford. The move up the rankings was possible due to Perris Fury's recent personnel problems,... (more)
News Article Did you know that FS competitors helped yielding impressive P3 Power Play formations?
posted: Feb 16th, 2011 Original Airspeed member Dan BC began creating big-way skydiving events back in 1992. He wanted to challenge competitors in the sport to build unusual, complex formations and launched the Airmoves Invitational and a few years later the Arizona Challenge. Finally, he created the P3 Power Play in 2005, and it has been a summer event ever since. It changed this year when Perris hosted its first winter event. Competitors both past and present descended upon Perris Valley for some Holiday fun to finish up the 2010 season and ring in the New Year. The roster reads like a Who's Who of Formation... (more)

Meet Director Ian Mackenzie had to announce on Friday evening that... (more)

News Article Did you know that Arizona Airspeed is the first team with only 21-pointers and higher?
posted: Feb 14th, 2011 Arizona Airspeed's new lineup won the team's first outdoor competition, and they defeated the reigning 4-way world champions from France with ease. There are reasons for why it all happened as it did, and some of them have been discussed. No matter why and how it happened, there is a very good reason to remember this leaderboard and take a good look at the videos. Airspeed did not post the highest outdoor meet average in history. This honor still belongs to the French lineup who had finished with a 27.7 average at the World Championship of Formation Skydiving 2010. However, the new Airspeed... (more)
News Article Did you know that Airspeed went up to 25.0 and Marin Ferre is still the only one?
posted: Feb 13th, 2011 The Valentine's Meet 2011 is over, and the last video updates from Eloy feature first the preparations of the teams on Sunday morning, then Rounds 9 and 10 of Arizona Airspeed and France Aerodyne Maubeuge. This doesn't mean that the coverage is complete. There will be a comprehensive aftermath with more videos, evaluation, comments and direct feedback from the teams. In fact, the NSL News recorded live NSL Talk with both French national 4-way teams, in the 4-way Open Class as well as in the female 4-way category. French coach Marin Ferre explained why the French national female lineup, with... (more)
