Did you know that the drama of Round 3 is now on NSL-TV? posted: Sep 12th, 2010 The NSL News promised the videos of Arizona Airspeed's and Perris Fury's Round 3 earlier today. The videos have been uploaded now and are ready for reviews. They don't show the cool CamScore features this time, as Jo Bell and Andrew Mansfield were so kind to quickly provide just a few video files without rendering them. NSL-TV will follow up later with the fully featured competition and judging videos.
The Round 3 videos of DeLand Shmeland XP and the Speedy Kids XP were added to this round of NSL-TV at the USPA Nationals 2010, as they were included in the package of CamScore video files. Both... (more)

Did you know that CamScore has added a new feature to the outstanding program? posted: Sep 12th, 2010 The weather is beautiful on Sunday morning at the USPA Nationals 2010, and the competition is in full swing.
The NSL News still goes back to yesterday's events for a good reason. CamScore has provided NSL-TV with the first meet videos, which feature the leaders in the Open and Advanced Class with the first two rounds on Saturday.
CamScore has a new feature, which is a voluntary effort to make it easier to find and see the infringements. 8 seconds of slow motion after the judging has been completed bring each detected infringement to the special attention of the audience. What a fantastic... (more)
Did you know that teams are on a wind hold at the USPA Nationals 2010? posted: Sep 11th, 2010 It came as it had to be expected. The weather system passed through, and the clear skies allowed for a few competition rounds. But then the winds on the back side of the front picked up, and the meet management had to put the teams on a wind hold.
That was not a bad situation since the judges have a chance to catch up. It was a really fast pace for the teams to complete the first two rounds. There was not much time for a rest between the jumps. The new competition jump had to be prepared quickly, as the next boarding call would come very soon.
Two rounds have been completed in all three competition... (more)
Did you know that the SDC Furies accepted the first NSL Talk invitation at the USPA Nationals 2010? posted: Sep 11th, 2010 The NSL News used the downtime later on Saturday morning for the first NSL Talk at the USPA Nationals 2010. The SDC Furies accepted the invitation and met with NSL News reporter Kurt Gaebel when there was still a serous cloud cover over Skydive Chicago.
It was apparently the right time to make a move. The NSL Talk was set up outside in the loading area, and it was also a provocation challenging the weather situation, which then improved by the minute during the NSL Talk. The sun came out when interview and discussion were over, and it will probably not be too long until the teams will be called... (more)
