NMP-PCH Hayabusa has a new alternate. Luc Verstrepen has stepped back, and Dennis Praet is the new official alternate for Hayabusa. He is one of the two young Belgians who competed with Team X under Luc Verstrepen's and Joey Jones' guidance at the World Challenge 2010.
Also, the NSL News can follow up with the South African lineup. It is almost identical with the one of the World Meet 2008 in Maubeuge, France. The team name has changed to Voodoo, and the same lineup... (more)
Did you know that there is no definition of an amateur team? posted: Jul 26th, 2010 Arizona Airspeed has arrived at Menzelinsk in Russia, and NMP-PCH Hayabusa made the transition from the CISM Championships in Switzerland to the event site of the World Championship of Formation Skydiving 2010 successfully, as well.
The NSL News has another video of the Belgian 4-time military world champions from the recent competition. This time, the video features Round 1 where Hayabusa scored 36 points, the second highest score of the competition.

Did you know that the top of the leaderboard will probably be tighter than ever? posted: Jul 26th, 2010 The NSL News story on 24 July 2010 provided an overview of the 8-way and female 4-way competition at the World Championship of Formation Skydiving 2010. This year, only the three powerhouses of Formation Skydiving competition, USA, France and Russia, have sent teams in all three categories to the event. It is time now to switch back to the most popular event of the world meet, the Open Class competition in 4-way.

Did you know that the NSL News had to ask Michel Lemay one question? posted: Jul 25th, 2010 Nothing changed for Hayabusa NMP-PCH after Round 6 at the CISM Championship 2010. The NSL News had provided an update from the military world championships on 22 July 2010. No more rounds were completed in Switzerland, and Hayabusa is now on the way to Menzelinsk in Russia and the World Championship of Formation Skydiving 2010.
The Belgian team was not the only one that still had another national obligation last week. Bodyflight Voluntas, the Danish national 4-way team, competed at the national championships before the trip to Russia. The scores are posted, and Voluntas won this year's national... (more)
Did you know that the NSL News introduces the female 4-way field at the World Meet 2010? posted: Jul 24th, 2010 Only one week is left until the start of the World Championship of Formation Skydiving 2010. Next Saturday will be the official practice day in Menzelinsk, Russia, the first round is scheduled for Sunday morning.
The list of participating national teams is complete and has been added to the event pages of each category. The 8-way competition will feature only the race for the gold medals between the three 8-way giants France, USA and Russia. No other nations have registered 8-way teams for the event. Did you know that Monaco Aerial still has only three red jump suits this year? posted: Jul 23rd, 2010 The NSL News story on 17 May 2010 had covered the female 4-way competition at the World Challenge 2010 and paid special attention to the beautiful red jump suits of the two Brit Chicks teams.
There was one other team at Bodyflight Bedford that continued to use red jump suits. The French team Monaco Aerial, formerly know as Monaco Parachute Team, has actually used red suits ever since the team was founded. The NSL News brought this French 4-way project to the attention of the NSL audience the first time in 2007.
