News Article Did you know that the new XPG4 lineup has the indoor championship and two more months of training before Slovakia?
posted: Feb 7th, 2023 The NSL News reported the change in the lineup of the U.S. national team in 4-way Women, Paraclete XPG4, with the update on January 10th. Jeana Billings continues only in 8-way with XP8, while Michelle Karamon stepped out of the 8-way lineup and moved to XPG4's outside center position. Shannon Catalano is the new XPG4 point. The NSL News visited Paraclete XP when XP8 and XPG4 were both training for the first time with their new lineups. Nicole Land, a passionate competitor of the recent 4-way generation from the Great Lakes region, is working together with the operators of three different skydiving centers, including Sherry Schlater Butcher of AerOhio Skydiving. posted: Feb 4th, 2023 Earlier updates of the Indoor Cloud League's beginning of a new year indicated that the 2023 season could match the apparent comeback situation of other events after the corona virus break. The momentum continues after several of the January scores and videos were posted earlier than usual. Even before the still missing January submissions of last year's winner, the Indoor Cloud League team at iFLY Dallas, the January participation is already significantly better compared to the two previous years. posted: Feb 2nd, 2023 The second category at the SkyVenture New Hampshire Indoor Fest is officially called the Advanced Class, while it is applying the rules of the AA/Intermediate Class at USPA Nationals and at events of the National Skydiving League. Ben Liston, annual meet director and creator of the event, always considers the specifics of the 4-way dive pool in relationship to the 12-foot flying chamber at SkyVenture New Hampshire when he generates the competition draw. posted: Feb 2nd, 2023 The Indoor Cloud League team at iFLY Colorado Springs had missed the last two months of the 2022 season after a very promising start in the first six months of participation (May - October). The ICL Midwest and iFLY Colorado Springs teams both now came back in full strength for the new year. January's total of 122 points is the highest monthly scoring number for iFLY Colorado Springs in the young history of the team in the Indoor Cloud League, and the current January leaderboard of only the first three submissions is showing that the three ICL teams are sharing the highscores in a competitive... News Article Did you know that Kirk Verner is the longest-standing world champion in the new XP8 lineup?
posted: Feb 1st, 2023 The NSL News introduced the new Paraclete XP8 lineup with the update on 2 December 2022. Three Golden Knights (Andrew Starr, Jeshua Stahler, Mike Connors) have replaced Michelle Karamon, Craig Girard and Brian Krause for the next two years. Goal of the new lineup is to defend the FAI World Championship gold medals successfully in Israel 2024 that the previous XP8 lineup won two consecutive times, in Tanay 2021 and in Eloy 2024. Matt Davidson, Drew Starr and Jesse Stahler will also try to win more of their own 8-way gold medals that they won for the Golden Knights consecutively between 2012... (more)
