posted: Mar 19th, 2022 Two of the seven Russian 4-way teams who were registered for the FAI Indoor World Cup 2022 still attended the Small Party's Indoor Cup, even though they will not be able to compete at the upcoming indoor competition in Charleroi. The NSL News had introduced the Russian 4-way delegation on February 2nd. posted: Mar 18th, 2022 The careers of Matt Davidson and Craig Girard have been topics for the NSL News as long as SKYLEAGUE.COM has brought Formation Skydiving competition to the online audience. In fact, Matt Davidson won his first world championship gold medal with the Golden Knights just when the Florida Skydiving League was launched in 1997 and before the National Skydiving League started in 1998, Craig Girard even much earlier. News Article Did you know that iFLY Dallas Indoor Cloud League teams won two U.S. titles at Paraclete XP?
posted: Mar 17th, 2022 Kyle Hermberg's Indoor Cloud League teams and competitors at iFLY Dallas were in good shape in February, as well, which was eventually confirmed at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2022. The NSL News had reported on February 23rd that three of the Indoor Cloud League teams were planning to compete at the national indoor championships, and how they used Kyle Hermberg's ICL events for their own preparations and to inspire other participants to train and compete in 4-way. posted: Mar 15th, 2022 The field of 4-way teams for the FAI Indoor World Cup 2022 is complete, as the deadline for registration has gone by. There were a few changes, most of them related to the current political situation in the world. The NSL News mentioned the absence of the seven Russian 4-way teams with the preview update on March 8th, after the official statement by the Federation Aeronautique Internationale (FAI). posted: Mar 15th, 2022 It happened that Gary Smith, coach of the Qatar Tigers and NMP PCH HayaBusa in the past years, arrived in Florida just a few days before the NSL News had scheduled the online interview with Airspeed coach Joey Jones and Ron Miasnikov. Gary Smith was working with the Qatar Tigers again, while Jeremie Rollett was still at Skydive City with the Qatar Falcons. Jeremie Rollett had provided his thoughts with NSL Live Talk on March 3rd. News Article Did you know that Israel is hosting the next outdoor world meet in 2024?
posted: Mar 13th, 2022 The cancellation and rescheduling of the FAI Tanay Mondial 2020 a year later in August 2021 had created a 3-year gap between the previous world meet in Australia 2018 and last year's event in Russia. The International Skydiving Commission (ISC) of the Federation Aeronautique Internationale (FAI) decided to return to the previous rotation of annual FAI/ISC events (world meets - world cups) by scheduling the next World Championship of Formation Skydiving a year after the FAI Tanay Mondial 2020, which took place in August 2021.
