News Article Did you know that the Advanced leaderboard of the USPA Nationals 2007 was a U.S. 4-way milestone?
posted: Jul 23rd, 2021 The winner of the USPA Advanced Class competition in 2007, Perris Aftermath, was only a 1-year project and did not follow the path to the 4-way Open leaderboard that Mass Defiance and Arizona Divewerkz had set in 2005 and 2006. Aftermath prepared themselves for the USPA Nationals at the August meet of the new Southern California Skydiving League, which was enough to win the USPA gold medals with a new Advanced Class record average, as the NSL News pointed out on 3 October 2007. News Article Did you know that Chimera and Vega XP completed their June competition with all scores and videos?
posted: Jul 23rd, 2021 The NSL News covered the 22 competition rounds of the British national team in 4-way Open, Chimera, with the update on July 8th. The information and scores were based on the June meet of the Arizona Skydiving League, which Chimera participated in remotely from their home turf in the United Kingdom. Coach Niklas Hemlin had arranged an indirect duel on the meet weekend between Chimera and Vega XP, who he has been coaching both. News Article Did you know that the Midwest Skydiving League features USPA medal contenders?
posted: Jul 21st, 2021 Five teams of the Midwest Skydiving League League added new scores to the July leaderboard after last weekend's first competition of the 2021 season at Skydive Chicago. SDC Rhythm XP member Steve Lefkowitz could enjoy watching the MWSL and Rhythm project teams continue with their progression towards the USPA Nationals at the end of October this year. The Midwest Skydiving League is generating some serious medal contenders under the Rhythm guidance. News Article Did you know that Oleg Shalamykhin has to replace Georgy Miroshnichenko for Airborne VDV at the Mondial?
posted: Jul 19th, 2021 The Russian Airborne team VDV won the Russian Indoor Cup 2021, as the NSL News reported on July 13th. The same news update mentioned that the Russian Formation Skydiving delegation of the traditional events (4-way Open, 4-way Women, 8-way) will be introduced soon. There are no changes or surprises in 8-way (Tanay) and 4-way Women (Bubbles), while the 4-way Open story is much more complicated and includes the Airborne VDV team, as well. News Article Did you know that the iFLY Dallas team posted Indoor Cloud League record numbers in June?
posted: Jul 17th, 2021 The latest Indoor Cloud League results arrived from iFLY Dallas, where Kyle Hermberg and his assistant coaches continue to raise the scoring and performance level consistently. Kyle Hermberg explained earlier that he has begun to introduce his participants earlier to a broader variety of random formations and blocks of the complete dive pool. The results are convincing, as the scoring numbers are showing. In fact, the total of 124 points for the month of June is a new record in the history of the iFLY Dallas team since 2016. News Article Did you know that Vibeke Birk Tidemann was planning in 2007 to compete at a world meet?
posted: Jul 16th, 2021 The recent updates from Denmark included a brief overview of Vibeke Birk Tidemann's 4-way competition career. The story on July 9th explained that the name of her first team in the Danish 4-way project, Sequence, was back on the leaderboard for the winning lineup at the national championships a few weeks ago. The first Sequence of 2007 was not a winning team in Denmark, even though it was a part of the 4-way project. The DaneZ had dominated 4-way competition in Denmark for several years, and the new national team of 2007, Danish Blaze, had been selected to represent the country at the next world... (more)
