Did you know that Seven British 4-way teams had their restart last weekend? posted: Jun 9th, 2021 The next restart of Formation Skydiving competition at the apparent tail end of the pandemic took place in Great Britain, where UK Parachuting Sibson hosted the season opener of the United Kingdom Skydiving League (UKSL).
It seems to be difficult to realize that the last 4-way competition in Great Britain was the national championship in August 2019. A total of 40 teams competed at the event and completed all meet rounds. That was the end of 4-way and 8-way competition in the country until last weekend.

Did you know that the A Class leaderboard featured teams from four countries last weekend? posted: Jul 9th, 2019 The A Class leaderboard won by participation last weekend. The total of 12 teams was one higher than the number of AAA Class teams. It was also the only one of the four leaderboards that featured teams from four different countries who posted their scores after using the same synchronized competition draw.
The Top 3 positions were taken by teams from three different countries (Netherlands - Great Britain - Belgium), and the 3rd place was strongly contested. Did you know that Pajama Pumas win AAA Class weekend with new member Jodie-Leigh Foster? posted: Jun 11th, 2019 The scores of the British 4-way teams have been added to last weekend's leaderboard. The AAA Class winner is Pajama Pumas, who placed themselves in front of the three German teams.
The NSL News had introduced British 4-way team Pajama Pumas with the update on 19 September 2017. It was at the end of the team's AA Class season that they finished with a 2nd place at the UK Nationals. Pajama Pumas had started with a 0.2 average in the Rookie Class of 2016 and wrapped up the first team year with a 10.9 average and the 1st place in the A Class at the ESL Championship 2016.

Did you know that the British A Class teams kept up well with the AA Class teams in Round 1? posted: Jul 15th, 2018 The conclusion of last weekend's British leaderboard after the July meet of the United Kingdom Skydiving League (UKSL) comes with more details of the A Class and Rookie Class competition.
The A Class competition began with an interesting round. The sequence of Round 1 (J,M,7) was the same as for the AA Class teams at Skydive Northwest in Cark. All teams in these two categories had the opportunity to compare their scores directly.

Did you know that the British 4-way teams have six weeks left to get ready for the nationals? posted: Jul 12th, 2018 Only teams of the United Kingdom Skydiving League posted scores for the scheduled six rounds on last weekend's leaderboard.
Skydive Northwest was the host of the third and last 2018 competition before the British 4-way teams all come together again at the national championships at the end of August. Event judge Lucy Westgarth said that it was impressive to see how efficient the dropzone was with a single aircraft operation in extreme heat. Skydive Northwest is far in the north of the United Kingdom and offers a spectacular view, while the temperatures still went up to approx 30' Celsius.

Did you know that that all nine A Class teams from the United Kingdom and Germany posted highscores last weekend? posted: Jun 16th, 2018 The new scores of the first eight rounds at the Paraclete XP Summer Classic 2018 are on the leaderboard, while the NSL News is not done yet with last weekend's results.
The previous scores were generated at the Paranodon Cup 2018 in Germany and the June meet of the United Kingdom Skydiving League (UKSL). The NSL News covered the AAA Class competition on 13 June 2018 and then followed up with the AA Class.
As in the AA Class of the UKSL meet, all six British teams had launched their 2018 outdoor season at the UKSL May meet, where they were alone on the exclusively British leaderboard. Last... (more)
