British teams Pajama Pumas and Vantage had made the same steps from AA to AAA this year after spending the whole 2017 season together, meet after meet at the United Kingdom Skydiving League events and the national championships. Vantage is a year behind Pajama Pumas, who started in the Rookie Class of 2016 and attended one 2016 meet in the A Class.

Did you know that the United Kingdom Skydiving League was founded in 2004? posted: Jun 11th, 2018 The United Kingdom Skydiving League (UKSL) held its second outdoor meet of the year last weekend. The first one in May in Dunkeswell had attracted 19 teams, including the national team in 4-way Women, NFTO.
The UKSL was launched as a part of the European Skydiving League, which joined forces with the National Skydiving League with draw and rules synchronization in 2003.
The first UKSL meets were held in 2004, and Optic became the first team to compete for the British delegation at the ESL Championship 2004.

Did you know that Pajama Pumas and Vantage completed their first outdoor competition in the AAA Class? posted: May 12th, 2018 Five British teams followed up on the World Challenge 2018 with the first outdoor competition of the United Kingdom Skydiving League this year, which took place at Skydive99 in Dunkeswell last weekend.
Six rounds are scheduled at the UKSL meets, and the first outdoor meet brought 12 blocks, with three of the six slot-switchers, to the three AAA Class teams.
The British national team in 4-way Women, NFTO, used the first outdoor competition on British home turf for competition practice, while the meet was the first AAA Class competition with exits from jump planes for Pajama Pumas and Vantage.

Did you know that the July 15 weekend featured three combined leaderboards for two rounds? posted: Jul 25th, 2017 Last weekend did not bring any new scores to the leaderboards, and the scores of the July 15 weekend are still the latest ones.
It was a special leaderboard though, as it happens to turn out once in a while. The NSL competition draw for the AAA Class is always randomly created and then trickles down into the other three outdoor categories. This procedure creates an interesting situation whenever a sequence is identical for two different categories. In such a case, teams have the opportunity to compare their scores directly with others in a higher or lower category.

Did you know that the British 4-way updates do not end with 4mula and Chimera? posted: Jul 11th, 2017 It took a little while until the Sun Path Products NSL News had figured out the correct history of the British 4-way team Chimera.
The updates from the United Kingdom began with the story on June 27, after team 4mula had to withdraw from the planned attendance at the FAI World Cup 2017.
The story a day later followed up with Chimera's personnel changes.
The Chimera facts were finally sorted out with the kind help of several British 4-way competitors, while the story continues.

Did you know that the 2017 outdoor competition season has begun in the United Kingdom? posted: May 15th, 2017 The 2017 outdoor season in the United Kingdom began on the first May weekend with the United Kingdom Skydiving League (UKSL) competition at Skydive Buzz in Dunkeswell.
The British 4-way teams had their first opportunity to measure up with each other at the World Challenge 2017 where a total of 18 teams completed the ten indoor rounds. UK's indoor national team in 4-way Open, Volition, finished in the top spot of the internal British leaderboard, followed by Chimera, who posted a new team record average in Bedford.
