posted: Jun 11th, 2018 The United Kingdom Skydiving League (UKSL) held its second outdoor meet of the year last weekend. The first one in May in Dunkeswell had attracted 19 teams, including the national team in 4-way Women, NFTO. The UKSL was launched as a part of the European Skydiving League, which joined forces with the National Skydiving League with draw and rules synchronization in 2003. The first UKSL meets were held in 2004, and Optic became the first team to compete for the British delegation at the ESL Championship 2004. This procedure creates an interesting situation whenever a sequence is identical for two different categories. In such a case, teams have the opportunity to compare their scores directly with others in a higher or lower category. A 5-point AAA Class sequence... (more)

posted: Jul 11th, 2017 It took a little while until the Sun Path Products NSL News had figured out the correct history of the British 4-way team Chimera. The updates from the United Kingdom began with the story on June 27, after team 4mula had to withdraw from the planned attendance at the FAI World Cup 2017. The story a day later followed up with Chimera's personnel changes. The Chimera facts were finally sorted out with the kind help of several British 4-way competitors, while the story continues. There was a connection between the two updates that came when the topic was discussed between 4-way experts... (more)
