News Article Did you know that PD Factory Team swept the overall event in Australia?

The last story on September 20 reported the gold and silver medals that the reigning 4-way world champions with DeLand Fire, Shannon Pilcher and Ian Bobo, won at the USPA Nationals 2007 in the Canopy Piloting event. posted: Nov 12th, 2007 Perris Fury's recent trip to Florida and the NSL Championship 2007 was only one stop of a longer journey. All team members traveled to Great Britain a few days after the meet weekend in DeLand. A windtunnel camp in Bedford was next on the agenda. Perris Fury held a short training camp at Bodyflight Bedford, working with three British teams and a couple of individuals, as Christy Frikken reported after the trip. (more)
News Article Did you know that Mile-Hi Mayhem found a home for the new NSL Rookie Class trophy?
posted: Nov 9th, 2007 Rookie Class team Miami Vice of the Florida Skydiving League did not stay ahead of Mile-Hi Mayhem for a very long time, and the ranking order after Round 1 was not expected to be like that at all. The NSL News story on June 19 had already reported how strong the team from Colorado was. (more)
News Article Did you know that Italy has posted the meet schedule for 2008?
posted: Nov 8th, 2007 The NSL News reported on September 21 that Italy is joining the NSL/ESL Network in 2008. The Italian parachuting federation (FIPaS) agreed to synchronize the dive pools for three competition classes (AAA - AA - A). Italy's IPC Delegate and FAI Judge Sara Sacchet recently followed up with the event schedule for the 2008 season, which is now posted at the new league page for Italy. (more)
News Article Did you know that Airspeed's 2007 meet odyssey worked out perfectly?
posted: Nov 7th, 2007 It has been a long, exciting and successful year for Airspeed Odyssey. The new USPA champion 2007 and US national 4-way team for 2008 is on top of the 4-way world at the end of the 2007 season in many ways. One of Odyssey's many top records is the attendance at 4-way competitions this year. Andy Delk (Inside Center), Craig Girard (Outside Center), Mark Kirkby (Tail), Eliana Rodriguez (Point) and Will Pesek (Camera) competed at a total of seven different meets, including two windtunnel competitions. No other AAA/Open Class team that competed at the USPA Nationals 2007 competed that often.... (more)
News Article Did you know that SkyQuest 2007 has a high-profile line-up for the Kaleidoscope Dives?
posted: Nov 6th, 2007 The NSL Championship 2007 is history, and the next NSL event is already coming up. The Kaleidoscope Dives used to be a part of the annual SkyQuest multi-discipline event. However, SkyQuest 2007 has a different format and presents only the Kaleidoscope Dives this time, with the option of another small invitational 4-way competition. There were several reasons to separate the events this year, and SkyQuest 2008 will bring back the exciting combination of the different skydiving disciplines. One result of this year's separation is the fact that more Formation Skydiving competitors have signed up... (more)
