News Article Did you know that ZT Mal4mations attended eight 4-way meets this year?
posted: Nov 5th, 2007 The videos of the first round of the NSL Championship 2007 have now been uploaded and feature the eight teams that made the trip to DeLand at the end of October. Teiwaz Tempest was the only team in the AAA Class competition. The last 4-way event of the 2007 season was supposed to include the annual showdown between Optic Nerve and Teiwaz. Unfortunately, the weather was not promising for Sunday after no jumping on Saturday at all, and Optic Nerve decided to take the Sunday off. Two rounds were surprisingly completed on Sunday morning, and Teiwaz was the only AAA Class team on site. Perris Fury... (more)
News Article Did you know that Teenager Ellie McCoy won $2,000 at 4-way competition?
posted: Nov 3rd, 2007 Ellie McCoy caught the attention of the NSL News the first time when her 4-way team of teenager girls and younger trained in the SkyVenture Colorado windtunnel. The NSL News story on May 1 introduced the team, which was under the wings of Gary and Emma Beyer. The story included links to videos of the flying teenagers. The NSL News story on June 27 followed up on the exciting earlier news and explained how original team member Ellie McCoy continued to train with Gary and Emma Beyer and Paul Gatling, a former Arizona Divewerkz member. This pure windtunnel team was called "Aeon". (more)
News Article Did you know that Airspeed Odyssey, France Maubeuge and Perris Fury compete at the Shamrock Showdown 2008?
posted: Nov 2nd, 2007 The logo of the FSL Shamrock Showdown 2008 has been placed on the top of the pages earlier than ever before. There is a very good reason for this early announcement. The season opener of the Florida Skydiving League has already been one of the top events in the past years. However, the 2008 event promises even more excitement than all previous meets. (more)
News Article Did you know that Perris Fury commits to two more years with new continuity plan?
posted: Nov 1st, 2007 The NSL News story on October 27 mentioned that a live interview with the complete Perris Fury line-up would be posted very soon. The world-class team from California traveled to Florida and attended the NSL Championship 2007 with three 4-way line-ups of the Perris Fury team project. The player coach teams (Momentum, Jimani, Acute) were not able to compete at the USPA Nationals 2007 since Perris Fury was busy with its own original line-up. The NSL Championship 2007 was a great opportunity for the three project teams to finish the 2007 season. (more)

The stories were mostly related to the AZDW progression and its attendance at 4-way competitions. The NSL News coverage of AZDW activities broadened when the Southwest Skydiving League split into the Arizona Skydiving League and the Southern California Skydiving League. posted: Oct 30th, 2007 The French delegation had a very successful showing at the FAI World Cup 2007. The 8-way team and the female 4-way line-up each won gold medals, and the 4-way team in the Open Class won the silver medals after a jump-off for gold with Belgium's national team, Hayabusa Defence.
