posted: Jul 22nd, 2008 The top position of the AAA Class leaderboard has changed after the scores of a few more meets have been posted. UK's national 4-way team in the female category, Perris Bodyflight Storm, used the last opportunity for competition training 21 days before the start of the World Meet 2008 at the July meet of the Southern California Skydiving League at Skydive Elsinore. The 19.2 average after six rounds with an average competition draw confirms the team's status as the top contender for gold medals in France this year. Did you know that the Florida Skydiving League visited Skydive Miami for the first time?
posted: Jul 21st, 2008 The Florida Skydiving League visited Skydive Miami in Homestead for the first time in history last weekend. Teams from the Miami area have been competing at the other FSL skydiving centers for many years, and the number of teams with skydivers who grew up at Skydive Miami has even been increasing in 2007 and 2008. posted: Jul 18th, 2008 The videos of Round 10 of the Paraclete XP Money Meet 2008 have now been uploaded. Airspeed Odyssey once again showed their extraordinary competitive skills after the unfortunate Round 9. Andy Delk (Center Inside), Craig Girard (Center Outside), Mark Kirkby (Tail), Eliana Rodriguez (Point) and Steve Novak (Camera) came back with the highscore for Round 10 as an impressive final statement. Did you know that the Crank caused exit trouble in Round 9?
posted: Jul 17th, 2008 NSL-TV has already moved on to Round 9 of the Paraclete XP Money Meet 2008. The videos have been uploaded and can be viewed on the event page. The exit formation of the sequence, a Crank (N), caused trouble for two of the three top teams. Perris Fury's Crank broke partially and needed repair. It did not take the Perris team very long to fix it and move on. The recovery was good enough to tie the highscore of the round with a 22-pointer. (more)

Did you know that Mikhail Kuznetsov pursues world meet medals for the 3rd time this year?
posted: Jul 15th, 2008 The NSL News reported on 18 June 2008 that the Sky Panthers were dominating the 4-way competition at the Russian Nationals 2008 after four rounds. The scores of the complete meet were posted a little bit later. Event Judge in Russia, Dr. Rainer "Exi" Hoenle from Germany, had provided the results and up-to-date information. Not much changed in the remaining six rounds. The other top contender, Black Cat, was able to shake off the terrible start and gave the Sky Panthers a good competition for the remainder of the meet.
