Did you know that Hayabusa's rounds five and six are now on NSL-TV? posted: Aug 29th, 2007 The videos of Hayabusa Defence's rounds five and six at the FAI World Cup 2007 have now been uploaded and can be viewed on NSL-TV.
Both rounds had their impact on the meet situation in Russia. France, Russia and Belgium were tied in first place after Round 4. Hayabusa Defence had caught up after a bad meet opener and kept up with the other two world-class teams from then on. (more)
Did you know that FSL teams posted new record scores on August 18? posted: Aug 28th, 2007 The NSL News story on August 20 covered barely half of the last Florida Skydiving League competition at Skydive City in Zephyrhills on August 18.
The AAA Class teams, and mainly Dreaded FooZa with the 20.0 average, caught the entire first attention of the NSL News. However, the missing videos of Round 1 have now been uploaded and show the other FSL teams in action.
The Z-Team from Skydive City in the AA Class finally competed with the original line-up (Paul Barthus - Tail, Christine Freiherr - Center Inside, Laura Song - Point, Alicia Wolfe - Center Outside) on hometurf and improved the scoring... (more)
Did you know that the Czech Republic had four teams above 10-average last weekend? posted: Aug 27th, 2007 New scores from the Czech Republic have already replaced the results of the UK Nationals 2007 on the frontpage. There were no significant changes in Great Britain throughout the remaining rounds of the competition.
Team Storm increased the lead and won with an 18.1 average. Team Elan defended the silver medal position successfully against the Aardvark Zulu charge. The NSL News now waits for an update as of the Storm plans for the 2008 season. (more)
Did you know that Phobia is far ahead of the team goals in the race for UK bronze medals? posted: Aug 25th, 2007 The scores on the current leaderboard of the UK Nationals 2007 speak their own and clear language. Team Storm dominates the AAA Class competition, and it seems quite unlikely that Team Elan will have a chance to threaten the current leader. In fact, Aardvark Zulu in still only three points behind Team Elan and could still make it difficult for the all-female line-up. There might be an option for Aardvark Zulu to possibly become the national team in the Open Class with a 2nd place this weekend if Team Storm decides to defend the British gold medals in the female category. The Elan profile comes at a critical time for the team. Three rounds have been completed at the UK Nationals 2007. The draw for the remaining seven rounds will be done and posted tonight.
