The British top contender in the AAA/Open Class, the all-female Team Storm line-up, had the last serious meet test that weekend in Elsinore and improved the June average of 17.8 to 19.0 in July. Team Storm is currently three points ahead of Team Elan after three rounds at the UK Nationals 2007.

Did you know that Norway's national team Arcteryx finally beat the Norgies? posted: Aug 23rd, 2007 Norway's national 4-way team Arcteryx was probably not overly excited with the team's scores and rankings at the FAI World Cup 2007. Tore Buer (Center Inside), Ole Petter Hjelle (Tail), Ditta Valsdottir (Point), Derek Broughton (Point) and Mikjel Skurdal (Camera) may have hoped for a medal, either of the World Cup or the European Championship. At least, the plan was to stay in touch with the other top teams.

Did you know that Carolina Ice is ready for a new pursuit of USPA gold medals? posted: Aug 22nd, 2007 The Carolina Skydiving League completed its 2007 season last weekend, and its two winners, Carolina Ice (AAA) and Carolina Fire (AA) are well prepared for their trip to the USPA Nationals 2007 in September.
It will be the 5th time for a Carolina Ice line-up to compete at the USPA Nationals, and it will be a new attempt to win a set of USPA gold medals.
The history of team goes back to its first competition season in the Carolina Skydiving League 2003. (more)
Did you know that the UK Nationals 2007 will be continued this weekend? posted: Aug 21st, 2007 The UK Nationals 2007 have offered even more excitement so far than anybody might have wanted to experience. The competition began with a false start, as it became apparent that the draw was accessible on the internet already on Wednesday, August 15. Meet Director, Chief Judge, DZ Owner and the team captains decided in a meeting to re-draw the whole competition.

Did you know that Dreaded FooZa joined the 20.0 average club at Skydive City? posted: Aug 20th, 2007 The 2007 upswing of the Florida Skydiving League continued last weekend at Skydive City in Zephyrhills. The hot August summer meets in 2006 and 2005 had attracted only three teams both times, while eight teams showed up in the morning last Saturday, three local teams from Skydive City (Dreaded FooZa, Z-Team, Rock - Paper - Scissors), two teams from Skydive Miami (ZT Mal4mationas, Miami Vice), two Teiwaz line-ups and FSC Wind Damaged from Lake Wales.
