News Article Did you know that Hayabusa won Round 2 with smart engineering?
posted: Aug 6th, 2007 Round 2 changed the whole picture in the Open Class competition already. It looks as if the competition in Stupino will be just as exciting as it could be expected. Belgium's new Hayabusa Defence line-up with Center Inside Luc Verstrepen was obviously not very happy with the first round and came back with force and finesse. The 27-pointer was the highscore for the round and moved the Belgium team up into the second position, tied with the Russian Sky Panthers and only one single point behind the new leader from France. The founder and manager of the German Deutsche Sky Liga (DSL), Dr. Rainer... (more)

posted: Aug 6th, 2007 The competition at the FAI World Cup of Formation Skydiving has begun. The first round in 4-way has been completed in the Open Class and also in the female category. Winning the Canadian championship title was only a formality for Team Evolution. The four LeMay members (father Michel with his three sons Matin, Vincent and Benoit)... (more)

The meet in Raeford featured once again two of the US top teams in the AAA Class, Airspeed Odyssey and the Golden Knights Black. It was obviously a most exciting race, which was decided by one single point on a world-class performance and scoring level. The meet in Raeford was still only one part of last weekend's events. The current leaderboard actually shows a total of 47 teams in the AAA Class, five teams in the... (more)
