News Article Did you know that Spa Hayabusa defended the tunnel championship title in France?
posted: Mar 1st, 2005 The third Aerokart Indoor Challange was held on February 26 - 27 in Paris, France. The NSL News had covered the 2004 event where the Belgian team Hayabusa took the first place medals. Spa Hayabusa 2005 attended the tunnel competition once again in February and repeated last year's success. The Aerokart Indoor Challenge includes a 3-way class for lower experienced flyers and the open 4-way class. The competition consists of eight rounds. Each round's sequence is made of a mixture of random formations and blocks, up to a total of five points per sequence. The teams have to complete three sequences... (more)
News Article Did you know that the Russian Sky Panthers aim for gold in 2005?
posted: Feb 28th, 2005 The Russian national 4-way team, Sky Panthers, bronze medal winner at the last world meet in Crotia 2004, recently visited Florida for a tunnel camp at SkyVenture Orlando. The NSL News used the opportunity to meet with the team and collect information of the team situation and plans for the near future. The 2004 season was one of the most successful years in the Russian history of 4-way Formation Skydiving competition. Russian 8-way teams have won several medals at world meets in the past, including the gold in 2001 and 2003, while Russian 4-way teams have ususally been behind the medal rankings.... (more)
News Article Did you know that Brian Vande Krol directs the 2005 comeback of the Colorado Skydiving League?
posted: Feb 26th, 2005 The Colorado Skydiving League is back in business. Keith Walter, a former Executive Officer of the Golden Knights, founded the league in 1999 and joined the National Skydiving League operation in 2000. He handed the CSL operation over to Samer Haija for the 2002 season. Walter later moved to North Carolina, while Haija continued to run the league very successfully. In fact, the Carolina Skydiving League champion of 2002, Air Force Blue, was the strongest AA Class team of the 2002 season and won the NSL Championship of the same year after attending a total of four CSL meets and the NSL Playoffs... News Article Did you know that $100,000 are on stake at the Malevsky Cup 2005?
posted: Feb 25th, 2005 The NSL News served as the provider of scores, pictures, stories and meet videos at the IPC Anton Malevsky Memorial World Cup 2004 in Stupino, Russia. The Russian host was satisfied with the NSL News service and repeated the invitation for the 2005 event. The whole coverage of the Malevsky Cup 2004 can still be found in the NSL 2004 Archives. The 2005 event promises even more and better competition in Russia. News Article Did you know that the profiles of the Fastrax Select members are no secret any longer?
posted: Feb 24th, 2005 The NSL News recalled the history of the competition in the Women's 4-way category in the U.S.A. in the story on February 20. Conclusion was the fact that Synchronicity has dominated this class in the U.S.A. ever since its official introduction by the IPC. The NSL News story also included the brief introduction of a newly formed team that plans to challenge Synchronicity in the race for the qualification as the U.S. national team, team Fastrax Select. USPA does not have a separate class for all-female teams at the annual USPA Championship, while the IPC has the "Women's Class" at its World Championship... (more)

The Carolina Skydiving League under director Randy Garman is one of these leagues, as the CaSL January update confirmed. The generous sponsor is Paraclete Armor and Equipment, Inc. The company is located in St. Pauls, North Carolina. Tim D'Annunzio, the company's President, arranged the sponsorship for the Carolina Skydiving League.
