The competition between Golden Knights and Aerodyne Deep Blue Defenders has now taken the top spot of the excitement level. It is the closest battle of all four Formation Skydiving events at the moment. USA and France are separated by one single point after Round 5.

Did you know that the US delegation wins three sets of gold medals at half time? posted: Dec 2nd, 2012 The NSL News audience can be proud of the latest results of the NSL Mondial Poll in the 4way Open Class competition. They are identical with the Top 3 standings after Round 5.
It is half time in all Formation Skydiving events at the Mondial 2012, and the US delegations is taking home three sets of gold medals at the moment. The host is winning one set of gold medals in VFS 4way.

Did you know that six 8way teams are fighting for a slot in the finals? posted: Dec 2nd, 2012 The situation in 8way has almost become hopeless for France. The Golden Knights are marching forward as if nothing can stop them in team leader Brian "BK" Krause's last competition for the US Army.
It is a 7-point difference after four rounds, and Aerodyne Maubeuge needs a little miracle to change the final outcome. They cannot count on mistakes by the Golden Knights, as the team is so well trained that the biggest mistake could probably only be an average performance in a round.

Accuracy team jumping was happening at the same time and is the backdrop for the Dubai Morning Show. VFS 4way and 8way competition was on the FS agenda in the morning, and the 4way teams were called to Tent City for an 11 AM presence.

Did you know that Saturday's NSL News coverage ends with 4way meet videos of Round 2? posted: Dec 1st, 2012 The NSL News coverage of the Saturday action at the Mondial 2012 finishes off with meet videos of Round 2 in the 4way Open and 4way Women categories.
All teams in those events have completed four rounds by now, and the video updates are delayed. Rendering of the InTime meet videos takes quite some time for the service providers from South Africa, and the NSL News appreciates the patience of the audience just as much as the courtesy of FAI reps Susan Dixon and Faye Kimble and InTime's Dirk Venter and Claire King for providing the footage.

Did you know that the Golden Knights are on the top in both of their events? posted: Dec 1st, 2012 The latest NSL News update is being brought to the audience once again by Joey Jones, who has anchored several shows and a TV production of the Shamrock Showdown 2011 in the past. It was recorded in the later morning after the first rounds were completed in 8way and before the 4way teams started jumping.
The new NSL Reality TV clip also includes an early morning welcome by the crowd for Regan Tetlow who is on the microphone for the general public on competition site when the canopy pilots are swooping the Dubai pond.
