The story on 23 March 2010 had covered the situation in this category after the FSL Shamrock Showdown 2010. The US national team Spaceland Blue, silver medalist of the World Meet 2008 in France, and the French bronze medalist of 2008, Aerokart Deep Blue, competed directly with each other in DeLand in March.

Did you know that the new NSL-TV video features Eliana Rodriguez between 1999 and 2010? posted: May 5th, 2010 The NSL News story on 28 April 2010 was actually supposed to cover the 2010 season opener of the Georgia Skydiving League.
It turned out that the NSL News eventually went much further back in the GSL history and found old videos of the Florida Skydiving League 1999 season.

Did you know that Russia's new 8-way team posted its first 2010 scores? posted: May 4th, 2010 The NSL News reported on 30 November 2009 that Russia had a new world class 8-way lineup in the works. The story on 5 December 2009 confirmed the 8-way news from Russia and introduced the lineup.
A preview of the FSL Shamrock Showdown 2010 on 15 March 2010 provided a 4-way update from Russia but also included a paragraph with 8-way news. Michail Kuznetsov had left the 8-way lineup to focus only on 4-way with his Sky Panthers.

Did you know that the 4-way competition in Russia is heating up? posted: May 3rd, 2010 The first scores from Russia's competition in Kolomna last weekend were already posted on Saturday. It took a little bit longer until the leaderboatd could be completed. Some vodka was flowing in Kolomna after the competition and delayed the flowing of information eventually...
However, the leaderboard is complete now, and additional information is available, too. It was a tough meet for Kaktus Hunter, the only Russian team that had also competed at the World Challenge 2010. Did you know that Finland's Pro Team may join another battle in Russia? posted: May 3rd, 2010 The NSL News has covered the unofficial "Scandinavian Championship" on a regular basis in the past years. The Pro Team won this unofficial title for Finland the first time in 2009.
Indoor and outdoor meets were both considered to find the best Scandinavian team of the year.
The Pro Team confirmed the unofficial Scandinavian championship title at the World Cup 2009 when Finland was the only country that was represented by a Scandinavian team in the final round of the competition.

Did you know that Round 10 of the World Challenge 2010 was a real showdown? posted: May 1st, 2010 It is time for the final round of the World Challenge 2010, which included all the drama that makes a great 4-way competition.
The only piece missing of the complete NSL News coverage is actually the judging perspective. The NSL News camera had followed the teams live into the flying chamber on Sunday afternoon, and the NSL News story on 4 April 2010 included a video of the Top 10 teams from the up close perspective.
