posted: Dec 5th, 2008 The NSL News goes back to the World Meet 2008. The most relevant event in Formation Skydiving competition has already produced plenty of stories, which can all be found on the three event pages for the three different categories. It is actually an unlimited source for information and thoughts, and the NSL News gives the northern part of Europe special attention this time. The World Meet 2008 served also as an unofficial Scandinavian Championship, as the national teams of four of the five Scandinavian countries competed in Maubeuge (Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland). Only Iceland was not... (more)

Fiona McEachern from Australia, the committee's chair, now reminded the Formation... (more)

posted: Nov 29th, 2008 NSL-TV has already followed up with all videos of the A Class competition at the NSL Championship 2008, and it is well worth to take a look at these videos, as well. The drama was exactly the same one as in the Rookie Class. Colorado team Mile High Mayhem and Zero Tolerance from Skydive Miami in South Florida battled it out over the whole meet duration of ten rounds and ended up one single point away from each other. The only difference is the fact that both teams collected about two dozens more points and that this exciting race was to be expected, at least to a certain extent. In addition,... (more)
