Did you know that Finland's Pro Team won again at the Swedish Nationals? posted: Aug 2nd, 2009 The NSL News just covered the Pro Team from Finland after winning the national championship for the first time over the Tigers. One week later, the same team is already back in the NSL News coverage, this time after winning the national championship of Sweden.
The NSL News also mentioned earlier that the Swedish Nationals would not be the qualification event for the World Meet 2010 any longer, as the Swedish federation had already sanctioned Evolution as the national team for next year.

Did you know that Pål Kolbentvedt won his 29th gold medal in Norway? posted: Aug 1st, 2009 Sweden and Norway are neighbouring countries in Scandinavia. However, the weather situation at their national championships this week was completely different. The Norwegian AAA Class teams completed one round, the A Class teams two, while ten rounds were completed in Sweden.
The Norwegian Nationals 2009 featured once again the annual reunion of the DeLand Norgies. The situation was even more interesting this year, as the Norgies did not only challenge Arcteryx as in the previous championships. Did you know that the 2009 season is at an exciting point in time? posted: Jul 31st, 2009 The most interesting time period of the competition season has begun, as most of the countries have their national championships coming up. Denmark (Danez) and Finland (Pro Team) already have their new national 4-way champions of 2009, which are also the national teams for the World Meet 2010 in most of the countries. The race for the tickets to Russia are one of the most exciting parts of the national championships.

Did you know that the top contenders are observing each other carefully? posted: Jul 30th, 2009 The NSL News reported on 5 April 2009 that Arizona Airspeed extended the team's undefeated winning streak to 17 - 0 at the World Challenge 2009. It has already been extended to 18 - 0 after the dominating performance at the World Games 2009.
Two Airspeed members, Andy Delk and Mark Kirkby, also competed at the Paraclete XP Indoor Skydiving Championship 2009, where Eliana Rodriguez and Craig Girard could not join the lineup.
Perris Fury won the indoor competition over Arizona Speed where Thomas Hughes and John Eagle filled the open slots. However, this competition cannot really be counted... (more)
Did you know that Centerline is still pursuing the gold medals? posted: Jul 29th, 2009 Centerline XP, AAA/Advanced Class silver medalist at the USPA Nationals 2008, made the NSL News quite a few times last year. The team left no doubt earlier in the 2008 season that medals at the USPA Nationals were the only goal, and the NSL News followed the Centerline progression.
No news of the team were posted in the 2009 season so far. However, this doesn't mean that Centerline is not there any longer as a team. Team member Brian Smith recently updated the NSL News with the latest developments, which are slightly off 4-way competition... (more)
Did you know that Rookie Class teams also dominated the MASL Karp Cup 2009? posted: Jul 28th, 2009 Last weekend's events included the annual Karp Cup of the MidAtlantic Skydiving League, hosted by Skydive Cross Keys.
MASL Director Cherie Schuch reported what happened this year at the memorial event for Seth Karp, former JetStream member and MASL competitor, who lost his life in a landing accident in 2002. (more)
