NMP PCH HayaBusa's start into the competition was compromised by the late arrival and Jeroen Nollet's missing equipment. The Belgians had finally warmed up enough at half-time and then competed head-to-head with France. However, it was too late to challenge France for the silver medals.

Did you know that the current Airspeed lineup has not lost an outdoor round since October 2021? posted: Aug 26th, 2023 Everything is said and done at the FAI Outdoor World Cup 2023, even though the NSL News aftermath of the event will on on for months. It was impressive how meet director Carl-Erik Tuv and his staff managed the weather situation and how the participants cooperated under the challenging circumstances.
All scheduled rounds were completed in all events in the later morning of Saturday, and rain came back soon after the conclusion. Did you know that Whitefish had two goals for the long trip to Norway? posted: Aug 25th, 2023 The weather hold has continued for the whole Friday, however, all teams are still on stand-by in the afternoon. It's one of the most challenging situations in Formation Skydiving competition that cannot be trained well before attending a major event. It will be interesting to see how the teams will master the next round under these conditions. The days are long in Scandinavia, and there are still several hours of daylight available.

Did you know that Thyra and Arizona Airspeed are the cleanest teams in their events? posted: Aug 25th, 2023 It is raining again on Friday morning, which probably does not worry anybody any longer who has been in Voss for the FAI Outdoor World Cup 2023 this week. Rain seems to be a part of the weather pattern in the area, and it comes and goes very quickly.
At the same time, the Thursday with great weather almost all day long has put the meet ahead of schedule, and there is not even a reason to hurry for meet director Carl-Erik Tuv. There is no doubt any longer that the 10-round competitions in all events will be completed.

Did you know that the fast Round 6 lifted SDC Rhythm XP to the 5th place? posted: Aug 24th, 2023 The 4-way teams had the pleasure of the best weather so far at the FAI Outdoor World Cup 2023 on Thursday. They were scheduled to go through Round 8 before the meet would turn to 8-way competition again, and it was no problem at all for meet director Carl-Erik Tuv to complete the task.
The 4-way rounds on Thursday included the fastest sequence of the competition. Round 6 had a Super with Block 9 (Cat - Accordian) at the beginning in it, followed by three random formations.

Did you know that meet director and competitor Carl-Erik Tuv had a few minutes for NSL Live Talk? posted: Aug 23rd, 2023 Three more 8-way rounds were completed at the FAI Outdoor World Cup 2023, which puts the event ahead of the 4-way competition. The host decided to give the 8-way teams the next break and called the 4-way teams to Skydive Voss for the early morning shift on Thursday.
Meet director Carl-Erik Tuv, former and current Norgies/Norgyx member, finally had some time available for NSL Live Talk, as the operation is running smoothly and his assistants are working efficiently with him. One of them is Trude Sviggum, who is a former member of Norway's national teams, as well.
