News Article Did you know that the Airborne VDV comeback became a great high-pressure test for the HF Cubs?
posted: Dec 23rd, 2021 The indoor re-match of the four teams with its reversed order at the 6th Dubai International Parachuting Championship (DIPC) was surely just as interesting as the 11-round duel between 4Astrophe and Agera FS 2022 at the 1st Dubai International Tunnel Championship (DITC). The combined scores of both events present another different aspect of the most recent two events in Dubai. The National Skydiving League has featured a combination of indoor and outdoor events at the championships in the past, where the competition draw was even exactly the same. This combination created the ultimate 4-way... (more)

posted: Dec 22nd, 2021 Four teams of the small field at the 6th Dubai International Parachuting Championship (DIPC) also decided to add some extra time in Dubai and follow up with the ten indoor rounds at the 1st Dubai International Tunnel Championship (DIPC), just as the Tanay 8-way team did. The top of the indoor leaderboard looked very different, with two teams joining the competition who did not jump from planes over the Palm Jumeirah before. News Article Did you know that this month's event combination in Dubai resembled the one in 2015?
posted: Dec 21st, 2021 The NSL News reported last week that the 2022 season could feature a new exciting 8-way race. Russia's Tanay 8-way team competed at the 6th Dubai International Parachute Championship (DIPC) with exactly the same lineup that had placed 3rd at the FAI Tanay Mondial 2020 in August. Tanay 8 were the only team on the 8-way leaderboard, however, the participation of the Russian team indicated somehow that there is a plan to continue for another year and try to win the next FAI World Championship of Formation Skydiving in Eloy 2022. Tanay 8 were one of the three top contenders for the gold medals... (more)

posted: Dec 18th, 2021 The 4-way competition of the 6th Dubai International Parachuting Championship (DIPC) had the smallest field in the history of the event, as well. However, at least there was a competition in 4-way, which was even a very exciting one. The first NSL News update after the conclusion of the event covered the 8-way competition, where the Russian national team from Tanay had no opposition at all. In fact, the 6th DIPC also had a separate leaderboard for teams in 4-way Women, and Poland's team No Mercy was also without any opponents in this category. The 11-round battle between Canada's national... (more)
News Article Did you know that Neal Willems is probably the new NMP PCH HayaBusa member?
posted: Dec 17th, 2021 The breaking news that original NMP PCH HayaBusa member Andy Grauwels will not continue with the team after he won his 19th world championship title (FAI Outdoor - FAI Indoor - CISM) came just a day after the NSL News posted the results of this year's military world championships. HayaBusa coach Gary Smith explained the options for the team's near future just a day later. The nearest option for the next world meet season in 2022 was bringing back Andy Grauwels' brother David into the active lineup, after he has been filming the team since Michele Silvi became the new inside center. However,... (more)
