NMP PCH HayaBusa and Qatar Tigers coach Gary Smith had enough time for a brief conversation during his recent visit in Qatar.
This time he did not travel there for a training camp or other activities with the team. He and Qatar Falcons 8-way coach Jeremie Rollett are helping the host of the next CISM military world championship with the event preparations. Jeremie Rollett is the official meet director for the event.

Did you know that Chimera won the other tie-breaking options? posted: Aug 30th, 2021 NSL-TV follows up with the first competition videos of the British Outdoor Nationals 2021, and the audience has the opportunity to look at some of the rounds that were eventually crucial for the outcome of the AAA/Open Class championships.
The meet opener was possibly the most important and unfortunate round for Eros, who fell four points behind NFTO right out of the starting blocks. Eros recovered in Round 2 and followed up with an impressive comeback in Round 3, before losing another three points in Round 4. It was a roller-coaster for the underdog throughout the first five rounds.

Did you know that NFTO won the British 11-round championship in Round 7? posted: Aug 30th, 2021 The NSL News previews of the British Outdoor Nationals were promising an exciting competition for the top spot in the AAA Class, the 4-way championship title, and for the status of the British national teams in 4-way Open and 4-way Women.
The same three teams who battled for the three medal positions at the last national championships in 2019 would be back this year, after the 2020 championships were canceled due to the corona virus crisis. The NSL News update on August 16th provided the latest preview in the run-up of the same three teams to the competition last weekend.

Did you know that the Canadian Nationals were a very busy event for the Bisson family? posted: Aug 27th, 2021 The NSL News reported the 4-way scores of the Canadian Outdoor Nationals 2021 with the update on July 26th. The story included a brief overview of the fascinating skydiving history that has connected father Richard Bisson with his daughter Valerie Bisson and his son Yannick Bisson, united in freefall for the 4-way team 4Astrophe.
The Bisson 3-way, with Nicolas Malley and videographer Sean Paquette in the lineup, have won the Canadian 4-way title two consecutive times now, while the skydiving activities of the family members are not ending at 4-way competition at all.

Did you know that 4-way teams from Texas are regular USPA medal contenders? posted: Aug 26th, 2021 Teams from Texas have played a major role in U.S. Formation Skydiving competition and have won many medals at USPA Nationals in the past. The Texas Skydiving League was one of the earliest 4-way leagues in the United States, together with Florida and Georgia, and the regular meets were surely instrumental for competitive teams on the way to USPA medals.

Did you know that the SDC Furies are the only all-female Advanced Class champion team? posted: Aug 25th, 2021 The next part of the NSL News series that has been covering the USPA Advanced Class champions since the introduction of this category is connecting once again the past with the presence. The last story went back to the USPA Nationals 2008 when SDC Rhythm XP won with a new 16.9 record average.
The story pointed out that Rhythm's current outside center, Steve Lefkowitz, competed for the U.S. delegation at the FAI Tanay Mondial 2020 earlier this month.
