The 4-way Open Class teams Cheetahs and Lions canceled their participation after the tragic loss of a Lions member, and the Qatar 4-way coaches Gary Smith and Luc Verstrepen had no work assignment any longer.
However, Gary Smith has lived in the Netherlands with this family, on the island of Texel, since 2008. Skydive Teuge is within driving distance for him, and he mentioned in earlier conversations that he was planning to visit the event as much as possible.

Did you know that NSL YV Unfiltered features Wednesday morning action from Skydive Teuge? posted: Aug 27th, 2025 The NSL News has completed the transition from headquarters in DeLand, Florida, to Skydive Teuge in the Netherlands for the coverage of the FAI Outdoor World Cup 2025. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are still training days for the teams who are already at the competition site.
Thursday will probably be the lightest training day for most of the teams, as it is dedicated to the official training jump and the opening ceremony in the evening. Round 1 is scheduled for Friday morning. Tuesday and Wednesday both were very busy training days, and two of the three Cessna Caravans were busy all day long.

Did you know that three generations of Czech national team members shared the AAA Class leaderboard? posted: Aug 26th, 2025 The Czech 4-way teams were the first ones last weekend who completed their ten rounds of the national outdoor championships in the Czech Republic, France and Great Britain. The NSL News update on August 23rd provided the first overview with the six teams who are also registered for the upcoming FAI Outdoor World Cup 2025 at Skydive Teuge.
Skywalkers Junior had completed their ten rounds when the three French teams (Aethers Lille, Nephtys Maubeuge, Les Hermines) had posted scores for eight rounds, while the two British teams (British Army Volt4ge, Axis) had just started the competition in Hibaldstow.

Did you know that Aethers Lille and Nephtys Maubeuge confirmed scoring level after Round 10? posted: Aug 25th, 2025 The French AAA Class teams completed all ten rounds in Bouloc, and the last two rounds gave Aethers Lille and Nephtys Maubeuge the opportunity to finish on the expected impressive performance levels, even though Aethers did not get to the 26.1 average at the Shamrock Showdown 2025, which came along with the historic scoresheet of zero point deductions.
The French judges deducted five points in Bouloc, which kept Aethers from posting their usual 25+ average level. Nephtys Maubeuge eventually confirmed their 20+ average level with the new lineup after all ten rounds.

Did you know that six world cup teams compete this weekend in France, Great Britain and Czech Republic? posted: Aug 23rd, 2025 This weekend offers interesting insights of the situation right before the FAI Outdoor World Cup 2025. Czech Republic, France and Great Britain are running their national outdoor championships simultaneously, even though they do not apply the same competition draws.
The Czech 4-way teams started on Friday and completed all ten rounds in Prostejov on Saturday. Skywalkers Junior are the team who will travel to Skydive Teuge this upcoming week, where the next Round 1 is scheduled for Friday, August 29th.

Did you know that iFLY Dallas took the July top spot on the Indoor Cloud League leaderboard? posted: Aug 22nd, 2025 It does not happen very often that Kyle Hermberg is not on the iFLY Dallas leaderboard when he is running the events of the Indoor Cloud League. Most of the times he is in the lineups who perform the two AAA/AA sequences, and often he adds other monthly sequences to his ICL agenda as a player-coach.
His goal is to guide all of his participants from the 4-way beginner level (R) to the performance of the complete dive pool and uses the events of the Indoor Cloud League for the introduction of 4-way training and competition to any and every interested person.
