News Article Did you know that Final Fire were closer than expected to AerodynamiX in Austria?
posted: Aug 20th, 2025 Austrian 4-way team Final Fire and the team members in the different lineups since 2015 have been on Austrian and international leaderboards at least since 2005. Austria is actually one of the countries who have won bronze medals at FAI World Championships. The national team of 1987, Amadeus with a military lineup, placed 3rd in Brazil, after a 5th place for Flugsaurier in 1985. Two of the original and current Final Fire members, Thomas Haber and Horst Scheiber, had Elisabeth Haber (Tail) and Jakob Strauß (Point), in the lineup who offered the defending champions of military 4-way team AerodynamiX... posted: Aug 18th, 2025 The FAI Outdoor World Cup 2025 at Skydive Teuge alone is offering the usual exciting ten rounds with all kind of different goals and battles on the different leaderboards of Formation Skydiving competition. It still is the most relevant competition of the year, even though other events are at least as important for several of the participating teams. The full-time competitors of the military teams still have to attend their CISM World Championship in November, where they deliver the results of their state-sponsored training to the respective governments and military headquarters. News Article Did you know that Thyra member Vilde Hansen started jumping from planes this year?
posted: Aug 17th, 2025 Norway's national team in 4-way Women, Thyra, posted their first scores at the national indoor championship in 2022, where former 4-way Junior team VossVind Girls put pressure on Norway's national team in 4-way Open, Agera. It still took a few months until Thyra caught the attention of the NSL News after Norway's national outdoor championship the same year. News Article Did you know that NMP PCH HayaBusa explained the 2015 situation with NSL Live Talk in Teuge?
posted: Aug 15th, 2025 The first NSL News preview of the FAI Outdoor World Cup 2025 on June 24th pointed out that Skydive Teuge had hosted the same event in 2015, as well. A decade later, the dive pool is different, and other rules have changed for the 10-year anniversary. All registered teams in Formation Skydiving competition will perform the same ten rounds, which was not the case in 2015. The event was in fact the last one where FAI/ISC applied cuts of the field after Round 8 and after Round 9. posted: Aug 15th, 2025 Two teams from the AerOhio Skydiving center posted scores for the Great Lakes Skydiving League on the same leaderboards of the Southern California Skydiving League. AerOdynamics (AA) and AerOjam (A) both competed earlier this year, and AerOjam matched their June average precisely. AerOdynamics are in their second year with a change in the lineup. Natalie Gonzales, Dan Barney and Rachel Bartram, with inside center Erika Woodrum and Brian Raeder on camera, placed 8th in the AA/Intermediate Class at the USPA Nationals 2024 with an 8.8 average. News Article Did you know that Havoc unify indoor and outdoor championship titles in Australia?
posted: Aug 13th, 2025 The NSL News introduced the third different team from Australia at the FAI/ISC events in the last three years with the update on July 13th. Whitefish had represented Australia at the FAI Outdoor World Cup 2023, Havoc at the FAI Outdoor World Championship 2024, and Chop Chop! will travel to Skydive Teuge in the Netherlands this month. All three teams have been dealing with the same situation that is being caused by the world's and the sport's geography.
