It was not only reduced to a lower number, it melted away in Round 5. HayaBusa's Center Outside, David Grauwels, explained what happened:
"We had a glitch. It started in the Star. We built a mis-shaped Meeker, followed by a mis-shaped Stairstep Diamond. This resulted that the start of Block 10 (Diamond - Bunyip) cost us a moment and points." (more)
Did you know that Hayabusa's lead is up to three points in India? posted: Oct 17th, 2007 The second day of 4-way competition at the 4th CISM Military World Games in India added only the scores of one more round to the leaderboard. However, Hayabusa's video of Round 4 is already available, thanks again to the team and videographer Danny Jacobs.

Did you know that France does not have a national female team yet? posted: Oct 17th, 2007 The NSL News recently covered the international situation in IPC's female 4-way category with the first story on October 9 and followed up on October 11. Both stories mainly commented the new British and US national teams.
The gold medal winner of the FAI World Cup 2007 in Russia was actually the French national team. Neither Great Britain nor the USA had sent a female line-up to Russia in August. The French team won the competition with a 17.1 average, which was discussed in both articles.

Did you know that Hayabusa Defence leads in India with a 30.3 average? posted: Oct 16th, 2007 The NSL News story on October 5 announced the 4th CISM Military World Games in India. Belgium's FAI World Cup 2007 champion, Hayabusa Defence, and the Golden Knights have traveled to Asia and represent their countries at the 4-way event of the parachuting competition. (more)
Did you know that Brazil's national team CTR Optimum posted an 18.0 average last weekend? posted: Oct 15th, 2007 Two 4-way competitions took place last weekend, one in Georgia and the other one in Brazil. The scores from Georgia are not available yet, while Fábio Diniz already updated the information for the Brazilian league page.
CTR Optimum has been the top team in Brazil for several years now. Team members Fábio Diniz and André Ferraz founded the team in 2005 and initiated a league structure in Brazil, which was then included in the NSL 4-way network.

Did you know that Optic Nerve has a 2001 reunion at the NSL Championship 2001? posted: Oct 13th, 2007 The NSL News story on October 2 covered the AAA Class "amateur teams" competing at the USPA Nationals 2007, including Optic Nerve. The article mentioned at the end that Dr. Joel Shugar, Scott Keeler and Solly Williams were looking for a 4th member to complete the line-up at the NSL Championship 2007. Robbie Spencer had competed for Optic Nerve in Ottawa.
Team founder and sponsor Dr. Joel Shugar went through the colorful list of current and former Optic Nerve members and was able to recruit Doug Park to fill the open slot for Optic's third meet of the 2007 season. Dr. Shugar added mostly celebrities... (more)
