The topic of the current 8-way situation in Germany is actually connecting this combination in an interesting way. The events related to the situation between Operation Adler, winner of the national championship in 2023, and Airbus, Germany's former national team in 8-way Open for many years, are directly connected to international 8-way competition, as one of the two German teams is supposed to represent the country... posted: Jan 17th, 2024 The comeback of the Florida Skydiving League had a false start last weekend, as bad weather put a halt to almost all skydiving activities in Florida. The event had to be canceled and was rescheduled for the April 20 weekend. However, the weather situation cannot keep 4-way teams from indoor training and competition, and one of the newer teams in Florida, 4Action, substituted the outdoor competition with 45 minutes of indoor training at iFLY Fort Lauderdale on the Monday after the planned outdoor competition at Skydive Sebastian. 4Action was born as a team at the Shamrock Showdown 2023, even... posted: Jan 16th, 2024 The NSL News has covered the special 8-way situation in Germany comprehensively, which began with the live updates from the competition site of the German Outdoor Nationals 2023. The aftermath of the 8-way competition began with the update on 6 December 2023, which pointed out that there were still question marks behind the German national 8-way team that would compete for the country at the next world championship. posted: Jan 14th, 2024 The recent NSL News coverage of the participation at FAI World Championships of Formation Skydiving since 1985 credited the four leading countries (United States, France, Belgium, Netherlands) with a flawless history in 4-way Open. Their national teams of 2020/2021 (SDC Rhythm XP, France 4-way Open, NMP PCH HayaBusa, Out Of The Blue) had even attended the FAI Tanay Mondial in August 2021, after cancellation and rescheduling of the event, due to the corona virus crisis. News Article Did you know that Jan Klapka's Czech teams turned the ICL table in December?
posted: Jan 13th, 2024 The competition for the 2023 top spot of the Indoor Cloud League between the Czech team at the Hurricane Factory in Prague and Kyle Hermberg's iFLY Dallas team in Texas is over and complete. The NSL News covered the exciting finish of the year with a few updates, last time on January 7th. The iFLY Dallas team was still seven points ahead of Jan Klapka's 4-way juniors and seniors at the Hurricane Factory by then, even though the point difference between the two teams had become smaller and smaller in the months towards the end of the year. News Article Did you know that the indoor showdown between HF Cubs and Skywalkers Junior had to be postponed?
posted: Jan 11th, 2024 The third meet of the Czech indoor winter season featured the two currently strongest 4-way teams, Skywalkers Junior and HF Chameleons, back with their complete lineups and without double duties. Result was a new record average for the new 4-way seniors of the Skywalkers Junior. The reigning Czech national indoor and outdoor champions are slowly and consistently approaching the scoring level of the previously best Czech 4-way teams, HF Flying Circus and HF Cubs.
