News Article Did you know that Canada's LeMay 4-way family lost 22 points at the Valentine's Meet?
posted: Feb 25th, 2008 The next meet videos of the Valentine's Meet 2008 arrived at the NSL office when the Canadian national 4-way team Evolution came back from the west coast and resumed the team training in DeLand. The LeMay family visited the NSL News in the morning before a training day to talk about the team's experiences in Eloy. It was the first high-profile competition for Evolution's Point, 17-year old Benoit LeMay. News Article Did you know that the first meet videos of the Valentine's Meet are now on NSL-TV?
posted: Feb 23rd, 2008 The scores of the Valentine's Meet 2008 are finally complete. The last missing scores of Arizona Directe and Arizona Divewerkz for Round 10 have now been added. Perris Fury also provided additional information and feedback from the team's perspective after the season opener in Eloy. Fury added three meet videos to the information package, and Rounds 3, 4 and 6 can now be viewed on NSL-TV. The team from Perris completed a few short outdoor training camps since the beginning of the year and before the trip to Eloy. News Article Did you know that Whooops and Sonic V will have a 2008 rematch in the AAA Class?
posted: Feb 22nd, 2008 The NSL News published an update from the Netherlands on 4 January 2008. Three Dutch competitors had visited the NSL News office in DeLand during a training camp of Punky Guppy, a Dutch player-coach project with international competitor Paul Hofstee. The story included a mention that one of the Punky Guppy players, Leon van Leeuwen, would return to DeLand in February for a camp with his own team, Whooops. Leon van Leeuwen's team just completed this training camp last week, and all Whooops members visited again before they headed back to Europe. The next part of the series of international updates... News Article Did you know that new scores from Eloy come along with a new top team for the World Challenge 2008?
posted: Feb 20th, 2008 The scoreboard of the Valentine's Meet 2008 keeps filling with more scores. The NSL News thanks Airspeed Odyssey's Craig Girard and Chris Farina of Perris Fury who took photos of the event's scoreboard at different times and eventually sent these photos to DeLand when the official scores were not available for the NSL News. In fact, the NSL scoring table still has some holes, which will hopefully soon be filled. The NSL News apologizes for the delay. Italy's Eutelia Spin Team withdrew after Round 7, while Arizona Diverwerkz' and Arizona Directe's scores for the last round will be added as soon... (more)
News Article Did you know that John Hart fills the waiting time with more 4-way tips?
posted: Feb 19th, 2008 The NSL News is still waiting for the remaining scores of the Valentine's Meet 2008. Hopefully, the wait will not be much longer. In the meantime, the next part of John Hart's 4-way tips have become available for the public and can be reviewed below. The US national 8-way team, Knight Trax with John Hart in the lineup, has started the next 2-week training camp in DeLand, and the Pilatus Porter has a very busy schedule. News Article Did you know that Airspeed Odyssey's 20-point streak ended after 45 competition jumps?
posted: Feb 18th, 2008 The scores of the first six rounds of the Valentine's Meet 2008 have now been posted, and there was no Russian team in Eloy last weekend, neither Crossroads nor Kaktus Hunter. However, Kaktus Hunter is registered for the World Challenge 2008 and will post the team's first scores of the 2008 season at Bodyflight Bedford in March. Several teams continued on Sunday and completed ten rounds. The missing scores will be posted very soon. The scores of the first six rounds provided already a lot of interesting information.
