News Article Did you know that Black Cat is visiting from Russia for the USPA Nationals 2008?
posted: Oct 15th, 2008 It has been difficult to find the round-by-round scores of the Gauntlet indoor competition last weekend. However, there is enough information available to provide a summary of the competition at SkyVenture Arizona in Eloy. A total of 13 teams competed, seven in the AAA/Open Class and six in the AA/Intermediate Class. The field of each competition class included a team that can only perform in a windtunnel, due to the age of team members, Team Aeon and Team Future. posted: Oct 14th, 2008 Today's planned preview of the USPA Nationals 2008 was completed. Doug Park visited for a live interview with the NSL News, which was a part of one of the new features for the upcoming event in Eloy. However, the production of the first complete show took longer than expected and was not ready by the end of the work day. It was fun anyway, and Doug Park provided very interesting information. The NSL News will most likely have the video ready tomorrow, and it will be uploaded as soon as possible. News Article Did you know that Perris Jimani's 17-pointer was a new team record score?
posted: Oct 13th, 2008 The new week begins with new videos of the California Skydiving League's September meet in Perris. The complete Round 3 is now available on NSL-TV. Perris Fury's competition jump with the fastest sequence of the competition (F,P,G,O,4) was already featured with the story on 17 September 2008, which covered the team's comeback after Chris Farina's back injury earlier this year. News Article Did you know that teams and competitors of the Florida Skydiving League get ready for the trip to Eloy?
posted: Oct 10th, 2008 NSL-TV has uploaded the next complete round of meet videos and follows up on the previous coverage of the September meet of the Florida Skydiving League. The videos of Round 3 feature again all seven teams at Skydive City in Zephyrhills. (more)
News Article Did you know that Stetson University's Back-to-School Boogie included a Rookie Class Scramble?
posted: Oct 9th, 2008 The Stetson University Skydiving Club recently organized a "Back-to-School Boogie" at Skydive DeLand. Alex Bittner, President of the Stetson Club and passionate 4-way jumper, asked the NSL to help manage a Rookie Class Scramble event with the goal to attract students to 4-way competition. The request found an open door since the NSL wants to connect to the colleges and universities across the country. News Article Did you know that Mass Defiance competitors and judges will meet again in Eloy?
posted: Oct 8th, 2008 The New England Skydiving League completed its 2008 season on the NSL Playoffs weekend at Jumptown. Mass Defiance member Brian Stephens reported that the "NESL had an excellent weekend for the NSL Playoffs meet, and a number of teams came out to participate." The meet was held at Jumptown where the first NESL meet of the 2008 season was scheduled and then completely weathered out.
