News Article Did you know that the ICL Midwest team started the November leaderboard with 127 points?
posted: Dec 1st, 2020 It is not easy these days to organize events with groups of people who have to deal with the corona virus implications and restrictions. However, the strict application of recommended ways how to deal with it, such as wearing masks during activities, has made it possible to run smaller events in Formation Skydiving competition. There have been a few 4-way meets, and Indoor Cloud League scores and videos made it to the monthly leaderboards, as well. The recent 4-Way FS Skydiving Championships in Eloy attracted a total of 12 teams, who were willing and ready to follow the rules set up by Skydive... (more)
News Article Did you know that the Indoor Cloud League team from iFLY Dallas had a comeback in October?
posted: Nov 7th, 2020 The coverage of the NSL Cloud Mondial 2020 has turned to 4-way competition, and the first three rounds were posted on Friday morning. Joey Jones, David Grauwels and Gary Smith commented the first part of the competition and will continue after the next set of competition rounds. The Indoor Cloud League has been an online event since it was launched by the National Skydiving League in July 2012. News Article Did you know that ICL Midwest finished with a new record total in October?
posted: Nov 2nd, 2020 The first four 8-way rounds of the NSL Cloud Mondial 2020 have been posted, and Airspeed XP8 is up by five points. There was confusion for a while about the sequence of Round 2. Jeremie Rollett, Qatar Falcons coach and French 8-way world champion of 2006 and 2008, detected a difference between the sequence for Round 2 in 4-way and Round 2 in 8-way. It caught his attention when he watched the 8-way videos, which were showing different sequences. Airbus and France performed the sequence in the order as it was shown for Round 2 on the 8-way leaderboard (5,C,H,J) while Airspeed XP8 and InTime... (more)

posted: Oct 22nd, 2020 The October leaderboard of the Indoor Cloud League does not look much better yet compared to the previous months in the time of the corona virus pandemic, even though new scores and videos from Paraclete XP and the ICL Midwest team will probably still be added soon. iFLY Tampa only has the scores and videos of four sequences. Skydive City team ZEAL used the October sequences during a training camp this month. At the same time, iFLY Jacksonville offered an event of the Indoor Cloud League network for the first time since February, which created the temporary October leaderboard with two ICL teams... (more)

posted: Oct 11th, 2020 It's sad but true that the Indoor Cloud League leaderboard of the whole year is reflecting quite accurately how the corona virus crisis has been impacting indoor and outdoor events in Formation Skydiving competition. The beginning of the year was very promising on both leaderboards, where a total of ten different ICL teams introduced 4-way training and competition to new participants at the events and posted scores and videos. The annual overview is showing what happened when the corona virus made its way across the world. Participation was already slowing down significantly in March, and... (more)

posted: Oct 6th, 2020 The NSL News mentioned on October 2nd how close the 4-way Open Class part (AAA/AA) of the Indoor Cloud League was in August. The world-class scores for the two sequences, coming from Hurricane Factory, Paraclete XP and ICL Midwest, were promising more high-level performances for September and the upcoming months. The same three teams who posted the scores and videos for the August competition (XPG4, HF Cubs and SDMW NEXT) were back in September for a similar exciting online showdown. The Czech HF Cubs were first with their scores and videos on the ICL September leaderboard, even though they... (more)
