posted: Aug 7th, 2008 Italy's 8-way team Ex3mo has not only left Team USA 8 behind. Ex3mo has made it even closer to the 8-way leader France. It seems as if the Italian NSL News fans are really powering up the voting process to win the 8-way competition - at least in the polls prior to the event... (more)
News Article Did you know that there might be an 8-way battle of talent versus experience?
posted: Aug 6th, 2008 The 8-way poll of the expected medal winners at the World Meet 2008 offer the first real surprise. The French national team is still in 1st place. However, Italy's 8-way team Ex3mo has taken the 2nd place and is currently ahead of Team USA 8. The US team members don't even think of a competition with Ex3mo. The only position that is of interest for the US competition veterans is the one on the very top of the leaderboard. (more)

News Article Did you know that the World Meet polls indicate no big surprises?
posted: Aug 5th, 2008 The World Meet 2008 polls confirm Airspeed Odyssey as the top contender in the 4-way Open Class so far. The NSL News audience indicates that the race for the silver medals might take place between Hayabusa Defence and France Maubeuge. The Belgian team has even passed the French national team at the moment. The Russian Sky Panthers would end up once again in 4th place. (more)
News Article Did you know that two medalists of 2006 will defend their honors in the Women's Class?
posted: Aug 4th, 2008 Comparing the lineups of the medal winners and top contenders at the World Meet 2006 in Germany and 2008 in France in the 4-way Open Class showed already that a few teams try again with the same or a very similar lineup this year (Russia, Belgium, Norway, Canada). It is also a fact that all medal winners of 2006 are not competing again, at least not in the same category. There is not even one 4-way Open Class competitor who is defending a 2006 medal. News Article Did you know that you can pick your favorite team now at the NSL World Meet polls?
posted: Aug 3rd, 2008 The World Meet 2008 is only eight days away, and the NSL pages of the event have received the last touch leading into the event. Polls for all three events have now been added to the previews, and it is time to vote for the teams that are expected to win medals. No scores of any of the national teams will be posted from here on, it is time to only focus on the most relevant Formation Skydiving competition of the sport. Most of the teams have posted scores at different meets this year, including the top contenders for medals in France. The NSL News audience has eight days to vote for the teams... (more)
